Casey Affleck, 46, and Cayle Cowan, 23, make relationship official

Casey Affleck, 46, makes his relationship with actress Caylee Cowan, 23, official as he calls her ‘my love’ while donating blood together

Casey Affleck made his romance with the actress Caylee Cowan official on Thursday as the two joined forces to donate blood to the Red Cross.

The 46-year-old Oscar winner revealed on Instagram that he and his friends on his amateur baseball team had joined forces to donate amid a blood shortage.

But also joining the players in donating was Casey’s ‘love’ Caylee, 23, who did her best to help out even though she wasn’t a fan of needles.

New love: Casey Affleck, 46, made his relationship with his much-younger girlfriend Caylee Cowan, 23, official on Thursday when they both donated blood

Casey posted a photo of himself reclining while wearing a jersey for his team The Love over a gray hoodie.

‘For the last 12 years, I have played on a baseball team called The Love. When my dudes on the team heard there was a blood shortage and Red Cross was calling for donations, they showed up,’ he wrote.

The Manchester By The Sea star joked that his celebrity teammate Jon Hamm had donated his ‘incredible DNA to someone who might need it.

He asked if he could have some of the Mad Men star’s blood, and if it would make her ‘better looking,’ though Jon told him ‘No, and probably not.’

Among the donors was Casey’s new girlfriend Caylee, who wasn’t a member of the team.

Helping out: Casey revealed he was donating blood to the Red Cross with members of his baseball team The Love — including Mad Men’s Jon Hamm — while Caylee also joined to do her part

‘@cayleecowan showed up. She is not on the Love’s active roster, but she is MY Love, and she ALWAYS shows up when it counts…’ Casey wrote.

‘However Caylee is usually unenthused about needles, blood, etc, and though she believably feigned nonchalance all the way to the donation location, once on the table with her sleeve rolled up, she was overheard quietly asking a staff member, “Is there a chance I might die?”’ he recounted.

‘The answer was no, of course. Donating is not only SAFE but PAINLESS and QUICK.’

The brother of Ben Affleck concluded his post by reminding his 31K Instagram followers that the Red Cross was in need of O positive and O negative blood.

Caylee was seen lying down for her own donation and flashing a peace sign in Casey’s post, while another photo showed her masked up.

She matched her beau in the same team shirt over a gray Red Cross T-shirt.

Suited up: The lovebirds wore matching jerseys as they donated blood together

Getting serious: The couple confirmed their relationship on Tuesday when they were spotted kissing in Los Angeles

Over on her own Instagram page, Caylee urged her fans to donate blood, though she didn’t mention her famous boyfriend in the caption.

Like her beau, she is an actress, though she has primarily appeared in low-budget films to date.

Casey appeared to confirm their relationship on Tuesday when he and Caylee were spotted kissing in Los Angeles in photos obtained by Page Six.

The Ghost Story actor embraced his new love and kissed her as he leaned out the window of his vehicle, before she got in on the passenger side and had a few more kisses and hug with him.

Their PDA and Casey’s latest Instagram post seem to confirm a split from his previous girlfriend, actress Foriana Lima, 40, though neither party has officially confirmed the breakup.

Under the radar: Caylee is an actress who has mostly starred in low budget films

Moving on: The new romance seems to confirm Casey’s split from longtime girlfriend Floriana Lima, whom he started dating in 2016 after splitting from his wife Summer Phoenix; seen together in 2019 in Hollywood

The former couple were first linked in 2016, and in March of that year he announced his separation from his wife Summer Phoenix. The divorce was finalized in late 2017.

In 2010, producer Amanda White and cinematographer Magdalena Gorka, who both worked on Casey’s mockumentary I’m Still There, accused him of sexual harassment and filed lawsuits against him.

The actor and director denied the claims but later settled both suits out of court.

‘It was settled to the satisfaction of all. I was hurt and upset — I am sure all were — but I am over it,’ he told the New York Times in 2016. ‘It was an unfortunate situation — mostly for the innocent bystanders of the families of those involved.’
