The reality star went makeup-free for the outing and kept warm in a pair of eye-catching black fur ear muffs.

Charlotte was later seen stretching her muscles as she put her one leg up on a small wall.

Following the exercise, the TV personality wrapped up in a white hoodie and a long black padded jacket.

It comes after Charlotte reflected on her post-baby weight loss on Instagram last week as she got back to the gym – but admitted she ‘isn’t a***d about what the scales are saying’.

The reality star spoke about getting back into exercise after welcoming her little one late last year and gaining two stone during her pregnancy.

Posing in light green gym gear she wrote in an Instagram Story caption when asked about her progress: ‘Right so! I still haven’t weighed myself again since my 3 pound loss.

Incredible: Charlotte rocked a pair of white trainers and tucked her figure hugging leggings into long socks for her run

‘Atm I’m not a***d about what the scales are saying because I’m feeling fabulous!!!!

‘But I will check back in with the dreaded scales once my periods been and gone! Because it is good to see where I’m at and if all this hard work is paying off.’

Charlotte then shared a before and after Instagram comparison as she showed off her recent five-week transformation.

Charlotte wrote in the caption: ‘And this was the difference in just over five weeks! Everything is shrinking, even my lips.

Working out: The MTV star looked behind her as she made her way through the countryside

‘I’m not going to lie, I’ve had no rest days and really committed myself to being active even if it’s just a walk!!!

‘Working out makes me feel like me! My energetic, driven positive can conquer the world self and even though most of my workouts have been done at home with my little Alba watching in awe, I do feel it’s given me lovely breaks from just being a “mam’ and taking care of myself in a way I love to!

‘Doing something for yourself as often as possible is so so so so important as a parent!

‘And it’s also very important to know that you still absolutely can be YOU and take care of YOU and not just be a mam!’

Looking good: The reality star seemed determined as she picked up the pace during her outing

It comes after Charlotte treated fans to a candid Instagram question and answer session on Tuesday when she discussed her recent decision to have her lip filler removed and her birth experience.

The beauty welcomed her first child Alba in October and revealed she’s already planning on making her a big sister ‘ASAP’.

Addressing her fans, Charlotte began by discussing her elective C-section, calling it a ‘calm and beautiful’ experience.

She revealed: ‘It was the most calm, beautiful and most amazing experience of my entire life. I would go back and do it again and again and again, tomorrow if I could.

Recovering: The beauty looked relaxed as she walked along with a pal

‘My birth and hospital experience was the most incredible experience of my whole life.’

Charlotte, who had a life-threatening ectopic pregnancy in 2016, also explained why she opted not to have a natural birth.

She revealed: ‘Ultimately I had a choice of how I wanted to deliver my baby girl (a choice in which we all have by the way) and that choice was one of which I knew exactly how it was going to go, with little chances of complications or risks to her health or life.

Wow: It comes after Charlotte reflected on her post-baby weight loss on Instagram last week

‘After losing a baby and nearly losing my own life in a complicated pregnancy in the past, I’m not willing to risk anything now and also I have ZERO desire or urge to want a natural birth. I’ll never rule it out in the future. But right now it’s a no go for me.’

Detailing her recovery, she explained: ‘I felt certain little twinges in my scar when I would move or turn a certain way, so I genuinely felt I had to be really careful for the full six weeks!

‘I was in absolutely no pain at all, but I knew I still wasn’t fully healed so I did admittedly get frustrated at like week four or five because I literally wanted to be bouncing around doing somersaults but something in the back on my head was like no no be careful.’

She revealed that she is certain she wants another child, however, as when a fan said they could imagine her having ‘eight children’ she quipped: ‘I think you might just be right and it is the best job I’ve ever had being a mother. And I love to go overboard, it’s my thing [sic].’

Charlotte then went on to address her decision to dissolve her lip fillers last month, admitting she’s warmed to her new look after her initial hesitations.

‘I struggled with them at first honestly!’ she confessed. ‘I couldn’t even look in the mirror without feeling strange!

‘But I’m honestly so used to them now I think I really really like them! I’m gunna keep them natural. [sic]’
