It seems like there’s chaos in Cheshire and this time it’s off screen rather than on – as TV bosses are scrambling to find new stars for the upcoming season of the Real Housewives of Cheshire.
The ITVBe reality show has seen a mass-exodus in the last two years, with big names including originals Dawn Ward and Tanya Bardsley quitting the show.
Lauren Brown and Esther Dee also walked away from the programme and, most recently, Debbie Davies left to pursue a TV career in America.
On Tuesday, The Sun reported that producers are on the hunt for new stars to fill the gaps ahead of the new season.
A source told the publication: ‘It’s a nightmare to lose so many people, especially such big characters like Tanya.
‘After Debbie quit bosses knew it was time to start hunting for new stars – they know they’ve got some huge personalities to replace so they’re not looking for just anyone.’
Mail Online contacted the shows production company for a comment.
