In first look images, Dani’s Jeanette can be seen wincing in agony and grabbing her stomach during a hospital scene as Mick helps her – with the episode due to air next week.

Mick also appeared to coach the cabbie through her breathing during the dramatic scene which was filmed after Dani had welcomed her son Santiago earlier this year.

Dani said having a prosthetic bump on for the scene made her miss being pregnant.

Speaking to Digital Spy, she said: ‘To be honest, I started looking at YouTube first to see how pregnant women act and then I realised I’ve been pregnant so I was better off relating to myself!

‘I absolutely loved being pregnant, so it was mad having a bump back on and it made me miss my bump even more!’

Dani also had to learn how to drive Jeanette’s cab for her one-episode role.

She said: ‘I was scared but we did loads of test runs so I felt more relaxed when it came to filming. I’m not the most confident of drivers so they kept their eye on me. I definitely won’t become a cab driver anytime soon!’

The father-and-daughter duo have previously appeared on screen together in his films Vendetta, Run For Your Wife, Doghouse and The Other Half.

Dani previously auditioned for a role on EastEnders, but didn’t land the part and instead joined Love Island where she was crowned champion alongside ex-boyfriend Jack Fincham.

In 2018, she said of the audition: ‘They wouldn’t let me in it. I think it’s because my dad is already on it, so if I went on it, there would be a massive outrage.’
