David Beckham worked up a sweat during a ‘tough’ class at the F45 gym in London on Friday.

The sportsman, 46, flashed his toned and tattooed physique in a white T-shirt, before covering up in a grey hoodie.

David took to Instagram in a bright orange beanie hat to give his 72.6 million Instagram followers a glimpse of his training routine.

He looked every inch the fitness fanatic in a pair of white shorts and black trainers, while exercising at the popular gym.

Alongside the video, he penned: ‘That was tough but fun always good being back with the team’

Last year, David announced he was a global partner of the popular fitness franchise after being introduced to the company by pal Mark Wahlberg.

David appeared to be getting back into the swing of country life on Sunday as he tended to his bee’s in the garden of his Cotswolds home.

He took up the quirky hobby in lockdown, shared a flurry of videos to his Instagram Story as he donned a flat cap and got to work.

David nailed country chic in a white shirt and black trousers with tan leather brogues as he set out to look for honey.

Alongside the video, he penned: ‘That was tough but fun always good being back with the team’

The former footballer, proudly shared the update with his followers as he panned the camera around his colony and the bee’s flew in and out the hives.

Joined by his three dogs, Olive, Sage and Fig, David proved he is quintessentially the country gent as he penned: ‘Hi Honey. I’m home… I love spring.’

After becoming interested in beekeeping during lockdown it was reported that he was ‘set to start selling his own range of organic honey.’ 

David has shared updates about his hobby over the past 18 months, including snaps of himself collecting honey from a hive and even getting his children involved.

Previously, it was reported that David was ready to turn his hobby into a business by launching honey under potential names ‘D Bee, Seven Honey and Goldenbees’, according to The Sun.

A source said: ‘Beekeeping started as a fun hobby early in lockdown. 

‘But now David has become a bit obsessed. He finds it a total antidote to his mad London and Miami life.’

However they claimed that there’s more than just fun behind David’s new interest, suggesting that he thinks it could help his business portfolio as well. 

They said: ‘He can see the logic behind adding to his already impressive business portfolio with authentic, clean and natural brands, which is what people are after.’

David and Victoria purchased their countryside abode, which is estimated to be worth around £6.15 million, in December 2016. 

Features of the countryside estate, located close to the private member’s club, Soho Farmhouse, include a huge football pitch, an outdoor pool, and a sauna.

It is also said to contain a wine cellar, a plunge pool, and an enormous garage, fitted with expensive cars and a motorbike.

The Beckham family are said to bounce between their Oxfordshire home, a £31 million mansion in London, and a £19 million penthouse in Miami, Florida.
