The Instagram star layered a long black shearling coat over the skimpy ensemble to keep off the chill of Storm Darcy.
Tamara opted for a practical pair of black leather boots to navigate the snowy streets, while accessorising with an envy-inducing black patent leather handbag by Chanel.

With a coffee in hand, the influencer looked the picture of winter chic as she showed her best side to the camera.
But tragedy struck when Tamara snagged her £315 pair of designer tights while out and about.
‘So, I’ve just pulled myself together after crying for the last 20 minutes over my Chanel tights,’ said the model on her Instagram story.
‘I know there are bigger issues in the world but I’ve actually come to the conclusion that it’s Chanel’s fault,’ she continued.

Unable to let the disaster pass undocumented, she hilariously captioned her Instagram post from the shoot: ‘RIP Chanel tights’.
Tamara’s boyfriend, Gossip Girl actor, Ed Westwick, 33, was far from sympathetic as he poked fun at her choice of pose.
‘Are you peeing?,’ questioned the actor playfully in the comments.
Instagram was where romance first sparked between the pair when Ed slid into Tamara’s direct messages in 2019.

‘He direct messaged me out of the blue saying “Hi” and I nearly fell off my chair,’ the influencer told her fans in a Q&A on their first anniversary in November.
‘We then chatted for a while and he asked me on a date, which I assumed would be a dinner but instead he took me to a butterfly sanctuary in Mayfair, we thereafter spent the whole day exploring London together, and the rest is history.’ (sic)
Tamara also admitted in the Q&A that she’s become more dependant on the screen star as they’ve spent more time together during the coronavirus pandemic.
She said: ‘I feel like we have all become codependent with our partners this year (I know I have) I think it’s really important to do things alone and for yourself, read a book, go for a walk, chat to a friend.’ (sic)

Storm Darcy has been causing chaos on Britain’s roads for the past two days as weather experts warn six more inches of snow could be on its way later this week – along with a -7C chill.
Police have warned people not to travel due to the dangerous conditions on the roads, while some schools and Covid vaccination centres will shut.
It comes as the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for up to 15cm (6in) of snow to fall in eastern parts of the country on Tuesday.
