Ellie’s last major appearance was at the V&A Museum that month – and she said: ‘We did the one show. I was pregnant and had no idea.
‘That was [around] the time when Caspar and I went away briefly when we were allowed to for our one-year anniversary, and that’s basically when we found out.

She said: ‘Becoming pregnant kind of made me feel human. I want a better word than womanly, [but]—I have curves I’ve never had before. I’m enjoying it. My husband’s enjoying it’
‘It was crazy because it was our one-year anniversary. That was not the plan. The thought of getting pregnant didn’t seem like it could be a reality.

Ellie looks incredible in the new images in which she poses in a form-fitting dress and oversized shirt while posing on a free-standing bath.
Another image sees her wearing a vintage lace dress as she perches on the window-sill, tenderly cradling her bump.

Ellie is set to make her first public appearance on the Graham Norton show Friday, when she is set to perform her new single, New Love.
She shared a picture from the pre-recorded filming on Instagram, shortly hours before her pregnancy news was revealed, in which she modelled a giant blonde wig and an oversized ostrich feather coat.
Meanwhile, The singer said she had been enjoying a good streak of fitness before finding out her baby news.

She said back in May 2020 that was no longer adopting a vegan diet.
And Ellie has now said that since finding out she is expecting, she went from ‘smug health freak to craving McDonald’s’ and ‘had a completely different body and energy.’
Ellie admitted that being pregnant during a pandemic felt like a lonely experience but felt like complaining about being pregnant was a taboo.
But while she does know the baby’s gender ‘by default’ when she had the scan, she admits she wasn’t in having any sort of gender reveal and just wanted a healthy baby.
I do: Ellie and Caspar tied the knot at York Minster in August 2019 in front of star-studded guests including Princess Eugenie, James Blunt and Katy Perry
And it seems she is looking to create a family home because in October, she put her stunning London townhouse up for sale for £5.95million.
The Love Me Like You Do singer is selling the 2,961 sq.ft four-bedroom house, featuring a series of dramatic tall windows to the ground floor, which sits just off London Marylebone’s High Street.
The home, called Oldbury Place, is fit for the society siren the home was designed by architects Stiff + Trevillion, is arranged over five floors.
Ellie has often been seen posing outsides on the cobbled mews on her way to A-list parties and society events.

The singer is clearly moving forward with her life and previously claimed some of her previous relationships – which included DJ Greg James, DJ Skrillex, McFly’s Dougie Poynter and actor Jeremy Irvine – were a waste of time.
There were also rumoured relationships with Ed Sheeran and even Prince Harry.
Speaking to PEOPLE, she said: ‘Twenties was just a disaster in so many ways. I had these relationships at the time that were everything.
‘A couple years later, I’m like, “Why did I waste their time and mine by thinking it was something more than it was?”.
Ellie and Jasper met in 2016 after they were seated next to each other at a dinner arranged by their mutual friend, Princess Eugenie.
The pair got married at a star-studded wedding at York Minster in August 2019, attended by everyone from the Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson to the actress Sienna Miller and singers Katy Perry and James Blunt.

They later let their hair down at a lavish reception hosted at stately home Castle Howard.
Her husband was educated at Eton and Harvard, and is the son of an aristocratic Yorkshire landowner and the nephew of art dealer Jay Joplin.
Sadly she later revealed that she hasn’t seen her mother, Tracey, since her wedding and claimed the relationship was ‘not fixable.’
She spoke to The Independent about her early childhood and her difficult relationship with her mother.
Ellie had claimed in an interview with The Independent that she wanted to talk about her difficult relationship with her mother but, ‘she became quite threatening when I did talk about her in the press. Discussing her was a disaster.’
Secret: Back in February, Ellie gave an interview to Capital FM via Zoom in which she recalled the awkward moment she told an ex she was in love with him but he DIDN’T say it back – but she kept quiet about her happy news
Tracey, who works for the NHS, later said: ‘I really, really don’t know what she is referring to and where the word threatening has come from.
‘I don’t know what she is talking about. I don’t think Ellie has ever spoken about me in the press so I don’t know what I could become threatening about. I think it must have been twisted or taken out of context because I have not got a threatening bone in my body.’
Meanwhile, back in March, Ellie revealed that rather than bringing ‘closure’ on her single years, getting married has given her a sense of new ‘independence’.
Chilled: Ellie has been keeping a low profile on social media, sticking to posting casual head shot of herself – she posted this image back in December
The singer discussed her marriage and career during an interview with #Legend, as she reached the 10 year anniversary of her first album, Lights.
Ellie discussed feelings happiness and freedom in her relationship, as well as dealing with ‘curiosity’ and feeling like a ‘total mess’ while starting out in twenties.
She divulged: ‘I found so much more happiness in myself without relying on another person. I’m married now, so you would think that would be the cue for me to be dependent on the other person, but actually I couldn’t feel more independent than I do right now.’
Just a couple of months pregnant: Ellie placed her hand over her tummy when she attended the Green Carpet Fashion Awards in Milan in October
The Love Me Like You Do singer continued by revealing she thinks it’s ‘epic’ that Caspar wants to spend his life with her and she feels a sense of ‘freedom’ from his acceptance and support.
Ellie also added that their marriage has given her a feeling of confidence, saying: ‘It’s a strange paradox, because marriage seems as though it should give you some kind of closure for something. But I feel the opposite – it feels like a kind of freedom.’
As well as discussing her contentment with married life, Ellie also referenced more trying times as she discussed feeling like a ‘total mess’ in her twenties as she tried to start out in the music business.
She admitted: ‘Oh wow… you know, back then I was extremely curious. What’s the word for a total mess? I guess I was such a curious person, but I was very confused.’
