Emma Willis looks stunning in scarlet as she hosts The Voice UK

Emma Willis pulls out all the stops for The Voice finale as she showcases her incredible figure in a plunging scarlet silk gown

Emma Willis cut a glamorous figure as she hosted The Voice UK 2021 finale on Saturday night. 

The presenter, 45, looked incredible as she slipped into a silk scarlet dress by Michael Lo Sordo.   

Viewers watching at home compared Emma to Jessica Rabbit as she took to the stage in the gown which plunged down to the navel.

The slip dress featured a halterneck design before fanning out into a floor length skirt with pleated train.  

She wore her strawberry blonde bob in a sleek side parting and completed the look with a simple gold chain and multiple earrings, including a dangly gold set by David M Robinson.

She documented her glam transformation on Instagram, in a set she captioned: ‘After all is red and done… @thevoiceUKfinal’ and added the hashtag #whatyouwearinwillis.’

Fans and celebrity pals flooded social media to compliment the presenter on her old Hollywood look.

Love Island presenter Laura Whitmore commented on the Instagram snaps with a flame emoji.  

Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison, simply put ‘stunning’, alongside a flame emoji.

While Emma Bunton added: ‘Beautiful soul! Love you to bits.’

And viewers were equally taken with the Birmingham native’s look over on Twitter, with one fan writing: ‘Emma Willis is one of my favourite English babes, that dress tonight is worth watching on it’s own! [sic]’

Another person wrote: ‘How gorgeous does Emma Willis look’ while another said ‘back in love with Emma Willis’.

With an additional viewer adding: ‘Emma Willis is stunning. I question if I’m a gay man when she’s on my screen.’

Meanwhile, multiple people were quick to compare the presenter’s look to other famous ensembles.

One fan pointed out the gown’s similarity to the one Emma Stone wore in Gangster Squad, writing: ‘Wow @EmmaWillis looking stunning tonight in a wee homage to Emma Stone in Gangster Squad’.

And another wrote: ‘I didn’t say she wasn’t hot but she does look like Julia Roberts out of Hook.’

But by far the most popular comparison was to the sultry cartoon Jessica Rabbit and her famous cherry sequinned frock.

Elsewhere on the night, Craig Eddie was crowned the winner of The Voice UK 2021 following a nail-biting final. 

The Scottish singer, 23, beat fellow contestant Grace Holden from Team Olly Murs to bag the top spot and a recording contract with Polydor.

Craig’s win means his coach Anne-Marie, 29, also earned her first victory after in her debut year on the ITV show. 

Craig and Grace, as well as fellow finalists Okulaja (from Team will.i.am) and Hannah Williams (from Team Tom Jones) battled it out on the night, where they each sang two songs – a solo performance and a duet with their coaches. 

The audience then voted and put Craig up against Grace for the final leg of the competition in which they had to sing one more song to impress the virtual audience. 

Both artists belted out their respective winners single, with Grace singing Dream Catch Me, while Craig performed the self-penned Come Waste My Time.

In the end, it was Craig who came out on top, with the song-writer clearly stunned as host Emma announced his name. 

Speaking following his win, Craig said: ‘I’m shocked. Thank you to everyone, thank you to Scotland. Thank you to everyone who voted. 

‘Thank you to Anne-Marie for believing in me and taking me to this point. Genuinely I can not express my feeling of gratitude enough.’

The thrilling live final saw all four coaches take to the stage for a performance of Stevie Wonder’s Sir Duke.

While The Voice UK 2020 champion Blessing Chitapa returned to the stage to perform her second single I Smile, where she also announced her debut album will be released at the end of next month.
