‘The longest I’ve ever gone!’ Frankie Bridge reveals she hasn’t washed her hair for four days as she enjoys family holiday in Portugal
She’s currently in Portugal with her husband Wayne and their children Parker and Carter.
And on Monday, Frankie Bridge, 33, revealed that she hasn’t washed her hair for four days as she enjoyed the family holiday to the luxurious Algarve resort of Quinta Do Lago.
The former Saturdays singer took to her Instagram Stories where she uploaded snaps of her low-key hairstyle and admitted she hasn’t cleaned her barnet during the getaway, because she has chosen to detox from styling tools.

Frankie, who has always been renowned for her clean cut hair-dos over the years, confessed: ‘I’ve purposely not brought any styling tools away with me… so that I can give my hair a bit of a break from all the heat…
‘This is also day 4 of no hair wash… the longest I’ve ever gone! Ever in 33 years. I know… I’m over here… achieving big things! Try not to feel inferior…Things like a low bun and mahoosive scrunchie. Go me! I’m buzzing about it to tbf!’
Frankie lamented that it was raining at the holiday destination, which is a favourite of celebs like Ant and Dec and Holly Willoughby, as she sat at Quinta Do Lago’s Tony’s pizza restaurant.
She and her family had enjoyed some sun and sand just hours before, with Wayne posting pictures of their children frolicking on the beach admitting it was Carter’s ‘happy place’.

The holiday comes after the star admitted she thinks about having more children ‘most days’ but is ‘terrified’ at the thought of being pregnant again.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, the former presenter – who shares sons, Parker, eight and Carter, six, with husband Wayne Bridge, 41 – discussed the possibility of expanding their brood.
Asked: ‘Anymore bubbas planned?’ Frankie wrote: ‘Not at the moment. It’s something I think about most days. I don’t feel done.

‘But also the thought of being pregnant. Starting again. Being outnumbered. Terrifies me.
‘I think if Wayne was desperate for another, I’d go for it. But he’s not. I like the idea of a big gang of kids when they’re older. But know this bit would be super hard.’
Frankie began a relationship with footballer Wayne back in 2011.
The couple married at Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire in July 2014, nine months after welcoming their eldest child, Parker.
