Frankie Bridge has opened up about what goes on behind the scenes in the I'm A Celebrity castle – including how the female stars deal with their periods.
The Saturday's star, 32, was answering questions about her time in Gwrych Castle when she was asked: "Possibly a little TMI but was there special allowance for anybody having their period?"
The Loose Women star replied: "Lots of period questions. I was dreading having one in the camp! Think most of us were!"
Frankie, who beat husband Wayne's previous I'm A Celebr position when she came third in this year's series, explained: "No special allowances were made."
She continued: "But eco friendly sanitary products are supplied and there's a medic on site at all times. So if anyone was in pain, relief could be offered obviously."
While on the reality TV show, the mum-of-two revealed she had secret signals to communicate with her kids.
Her husband Wayne, 41, shared how proud their family was of her and Frankie explained on Loose Women her cheeky ways to keep in touch with her boys from camp.
The star agreed with her sons, Parker, eight, and Carter, six, she would blow her cheeks and shrug her shoulders to let them know she was thinking of them.
Apart from missing her kids while in the castle and being stuck in a coffin full of snakes, the unofficial queen of the castle also told followers about the other challenges of life in the castle.
One follower asked: "Was there anything that was harder about the experience than you expected it to be?"
Frankie replied to her 1.4 million followers: "2 things. I knew it would be cold but I didn't realise just how cold it would be 24/7! I always had alllllll my layers on and 2 pairs of socks and was still cold!"
The Saturday's star also explained how not knowing the time frustrated her and the other campmates.
However, despite all of that, the star missed being with her campmates, including winner Danny Miller and runner-up Simon Gregson.
The Loose Women panellist told fans: "It was so lovely not knowing about the news. Or what other people thought. I certainly don't miss the castle! But I do miss the people. We have a very unique bond and have been through a lot together. So thank god for WhatsApp ha."
The star also hilariously shared a potentially tricky wardrobe malfunction during the final of the show.
Frankie hilariously wrote: "BTW my flies were undone for the whole of my exit interview and pics! Well done Frankie Bridge." Oops!
