The Princess Bride star, who played one of the vampire hunters in the film, also shared that Francis made the whole cast live together, while Gary lived on his own.

‘So he had all the vampire hunters live on one property and poor Gary had to live by himself.’

Oldman recently described the character as having ‘greasy hair and flatulence’ adding: ‘He’s a f**ting, working-class version of George Smiley.’

Kristen Scott Thomas, Game of Thrones star Sir Jonathan Pryce and English actress Olivia Cooke will also star in the series.
