Gemma Collins has compared her current beau Rami Hawash and ex James Argent in terms of steak.

The 40-year-old media personality and her ‘knight in shining armour’ Rami had an on-off romance for three years until 2014 before reuniting last December.

Yet finding her fairytale ending was ‘worth the wait’, as the media personality told The Sun on Sunday.

‘I got the fillet steak at the end of the day hun. Arg is a sirloin now, he’s lost so much weight, bless him,’ she said.

Gemma met Arg – who has lost an incredible 11 stone following gastric sleeve surgery – back in 2011 and were known for their tumultuous relationship over the years.

However, there is no bad blood between the pair and last year, Arg praised his ex-girlfriend’s ‘tough love’ which forced him to face up to his drug addiction.

The reality star also detailed her high hopes for the future and admitted if she isn’t pregnant by next March, she will return to the fertility clinic.

She quit the reality show in September with no plans of returning and revealed she is a bit of a ‘workaholic’ and compared her work ethic to that of her former co-stars.

‘I wasn’t the prettiest or the slimmest, yet I’d say I’m the most successful woman to come out of the show and I’m not done yet!’ she said.

The successful businesswoman also said that although she is sure ‘it has been tough’ for some of her co-stars, while she was ‘building her career’, many of them were ‘partying’ and ‘lying on their sun loungers.’
