And, Georgina Rodríguez, 28, gifted her footballer boyfriend a £75,000 luxury Cadillac Escalade for his present.
The pregnant beauty took to Instagram on Sunday to share a sweet video of the moment she surprised him with the pimped-out SUV.

Alongside the video, Georgina wrote in Portuguese: ‘Happy 37th birthday to the love of my life. We love you infinitely. Best father and best life companion that God could have given us.
‘A fighter and deserving of all the good things that happen to you. You are perfection and inspiration.’
On Saturday, the superstar footballer shared a photograph of himself beaming from ear to ear while cosying up to Georgina as they celebrated his birthday.
Cristiano looked stylish in a black turtleneck while his girlfriend of more than five years – who placed a loving hand on her partner’s chest – wowed in a low-cut shirt.

In front of Cristiano was an enormous, strawberry-topped pastry and the star paired his sweet photo with a lengthy heartfelt caption, noting: ‘It all comes down to love.’
He wrote in full: ‘Life is a roller coaster. Hard work, high speed, urgent goals, demanding expectations.’
He added: ‘But in the end, it all comes down to family, love, honesty, friendship, values that make it all worth it. Thanks for all the messages! 37 and counting!’
Georgina adorned her left wrist with stacks of diamond jewellery and was also sporting two chunky diamond rings.

It comes after Cristiano said he is ‘1000 per cent’ certain he will marry Georgina, admitting it could happen in just one month.
The footballer has previously said they will wed ‘one day’ and Georgina insists she will say ‘yes’ when he pops the question.
In Georgina’s new Netflix documentary I Am Georgina, the sportsman also dropped a hint they may walk down the aisle very soon.

The couple are set to welcome twins together in April this year, with the soccer pro already being father to Cristiano Jr., 11, whose mother has not been publicly revealed, twins Eva and Mateo, four, who he had via surrogacy, and Alana, also four, who he shares with Georgina.
