Joe Swash has shared a hilarious video of wifeStacey Solomon the morning after the night before as she battles a hangover after drinking alcohol “for the first time in 20 years”.
The loved up couple,who are known for documenting their busy family life at Pickle Cottage, jetted to Austria earlier this weekend without their children to attend a friend’s wedding and have been soaking up the celebrations.
After stepping on the plane yesterday, 33 year old Staceyjoked that Joe was “trying to get me drunk” as she tucked into a gin and tonic over her more typical choice of a soft drink, admitting that it was her first alcoholic drink in “about 20 years”.
And now, the pair have taken to social media to give their followers a glimpse of how they’re feeling following the special occasion, with Stacey admitting that she was trying to “soak up” her hangover.
In one picture posted to her Instagram story, Stacey could be seen smiling from ear-to-ear as she prepared to devour a pizza while in Salzburg.
Captioning the snap, she wrote: “Good morning from Salzburg. Where thankfully they make the biggest pizzas in the world to soak up your hangover” alongside a laughing face emoji.
Meanwhile, 41 year old Joe shared two clips on his Instagram story – one from yesterday of him and Stacey smiling as they sported their occasion wear and another from today as Stacey battled her hangover.
In the clip from today, viewers saw Stacey as she sat at a restaurant while a bell chimed in the background. Covering her ears and putting her head in her hands, the mum-of-five looked less than pleased as she said: “It’s still going”.
Alongside the hilarious video, he wrote: "This morning [laughing face emoji] how do ya like them bells babe [laughing face emoji]".
Previously on Joe and Stacey’s trip away,the Loose Women panellist hilariously revealed to her fans that she was rather more than a little tipsy, and that she was “100 per cent drunk” while tweeting from a toilet at the wedding.
Sharing an Instagram story from her pal’s nuptials, Stacey revealed that the wedding was taking place at the same location that had once filmed Hollywood classic, The Sound of Music – something which appeared to leave her feeling rather emotional.
“Okay, this wedding is in the actual place where they filmed the sound of music. I’m crying at every corner,” she told her fans.
In a further moment of over-sharing, the TV personality then told her 5.7million followers: “Also just sitting on the toilet having a wee and I’m 100% drunk.”
