Back in January, Johnny’s house was broken into by a woman, but her attempts to enter the abode were thwarted when she triggered the security system.
At the time, sources claimed she may have panicked when the alarm went off as she fled the scene just before police arrived.
Officers found her nearby and were also able to connect her to another recent burglary in the area.
The incident comes amid a turbulent time for the thespian, after messages – in which he called his ex-wife Amber Heard a ‘scumbag gold-digger’ and a ‘f***ing wh***’ who he ‘wouldn’t touch with a Hazmat suit on’ – emerged.
The producer lashed out in a 2016 text to his nurse after the actress, 34, said she would hand her entire $7million divorce settlement to charity when their four-year marriage ended.
Johnny wrote at the time: ‘No Way she’ll give a dime to anyone!!! Thank f*** she’s gone!!!
‘Makes me sick to think of how hard I tried to make it work… Now… Honestly, I wouldn’t touch that f***ing wh*** with a Hazmat suit on!!! What scum. I f***ing hate her!!!’
His rant was reported after his lawyers accused Amber of giving away ‘a fraction’ of the huge sum as part of a ‘calculated and manipulative lie’ to make herself look better.
The TV and film star is trying to overturn a High Court ruling and is asking the Court of Appeal to order a re-trial of his libel claim against The Sun after he was called a ‘wife-beater.’

Following a three-week trial in July 2020, Justice Nicol concluded that the father-of-two assaulted Amber on a dozen occasions and put her in ‘fear for her life’ three times.
The judge found that an April 2018 column calling him a ‘wife beater’ was ‘substantially true’.
He also said ‘a recurring theme in his evidence was that the The Ward star had constructed a hoax, done this as an ‘insurance policy’, and was a ‘gold-digger’. The legal executive added: ‘I do not accept this characterisation of Ms Heard.’
The Edward Scissorhands star is also suing his former spouse in the US over a separate Washington Post article written two years ago, meaning she is unable to speak freely about their legal battle.
