Hill’s tattoo comes four months after he penned a heartfelt post about learning to love his body after years of battling insecurities.

Hill continued: ‘Probably would have happened sooner if my childhood insecurities weren’t exacerbated by years of public mockery about my body by press and interviewers.’

The star went on to say, at 37, he has come to ‘finally love and accept’ himself.

Hill concluded, ‘Have fun. You’re wonderful and awesome and perfect. All my love.’
