The couple – who have 15-month-old daughter Janie together – confirmed in December 2019 they had got married.
Joshua recently admitted his life has got ‘better’ in every way since he married the ‘After Yang’ actress and they had their daughter.
He gushed: ‘There is nothing that is not better off than being married to her and having that baby. It’s everything.’
Joshua’s reveal comes just days after he spoke about his marriage to Turner-Smith during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, where he noted that their relationship had changed his life ‘in every single possible way.’
The Fringe actor told the media outlet that he had found true happiness with his wife and daughter and expressed that he felt amazing when he was around them.

‘There is nothing that is not better off than being married to her and having that baby. It’s everything,’ he said.
The performer also spoke about working on the upcoming series Dr. Death and noted that portraying a nefarious surgeon took a toll on him emotionally.
The actor specifically noted that the presence of Turner-Smith and Janie grounded him and kept him from becoming too immersed in his role.
‘I think honestly, having my family there with me was fantastic, because to go home, kiss my wife, hold the baby and not be a truly, truly horrendous human being when I got home at night was a great tonic,’ he said.
Jackson and the Queen & Slim actress were first linked in 2018 after they had met at a party and stayed close the entire night.
Prior to becoming romantically involved with his now-wife, the actor dated his former costar Katie Holmes for a few years, although they eventually separated.
Following his split from the actress, he moved on with Diane Kruger, to whom he was first connected in 2006.
Although they went strong for a decade, the two eventually called it quits on their relationship.
Jackson and Turner-Smith went on to tie the knot in 2019, although they did not immediately announce that they had become married.
They went on to welcome Janie the following April and have been raising her ever since then.
