Judge Rob Rinder has wowed fans by showing off his amazing body transformation after completing a Portugal juice retreat.
The Good Morning Britain presenter, 44, took to Twitter on Friday to post a snap of him flexing his muscles while at the gym.
Alongside the photo, Rob posted the caption: "A week of juicing & 70km.. Now to making it last..!"
He added a quote by Napoleon Hill, which read: "The body achieves what the mind believes.”
Fans and celebrity pals alike were gobsmacked by the post with fellow GMB presenter Ben Shepherd commenting: "Looking ripped Rob."
This was followed up by BBC Radio Two's Sara Cox, who simply wrote: "Oh hello."
And his GMB co-host Kate Garraway said: "Crikey."
However, some followers were sceptical about the juice cleanse, with one writing: "Don’t get why juicing is needed to achieve these results. Surely just healthy eating alongside the rest of what’s needed."
"Just a kickstart," replied Rob. "But you’re right – there’s no substitute for healthy eating."
Carol Vorderman, Alison Hammond and Denise Welch also joined Rob at the retreat, known as Juicy Oasis, which is a week-long retreat, set in the valleys of the gorgeous mountains with a stunning view over a huge river.
It’s famed for its impressive alumni of celebrities who have lost weight – but it’s not cheap. A stay here could set you back anything from £1,550 to £5,000.
Last year, Carol revealed she had dropped a dress size in less than two weeks after attending the gruelling Juicy Oasis where she walked a half marathon every single day.
Taking to Instagram this week, the TV personality wrote: “JUICY OASIS. Had the best 10 days here. Every day…walking half a marathon and a mountain… and a gym sesh…and a massage…love it here Jason Vale. Lots of mates here too…more pics to follow.”
During her latest stay, she shared a selection of envious snaps, including a fierce selfie with Rob.
And like her friend, Carol also posted a snap to social media of her amazing body transformation. The 62-year-old posed in red leggings and a tight nude-coloured long sleeved top.
Sports commentator Alex Scott and Dragon’s Den Sarah Willingham were also staying at the retreat.
Alison even made a video, starting with Carol dancing around with a stunning backdrop of the sparkly water and blue skies.
Former footballer, Alex was then seen whipping her hair back before Rob scoured at the camera and retreat frontman Jason did the funky chicken.
It wasn’t the only reel to make it out of the week, with Alison writing: “Pretty girls walk this this,” sharing a video of her, Denise and Carol strutting around the Portuguese town.
At one point, Alex even laughed as she filmed Alison showing the rest of the celebrities what Instagram reels are and how to make them.
