On losing her baby weight after giving birth to 13-month-old Cree, she told the Mirror: ‘You do feel pressure naturally, as a lot of people use the phrase “bounce back” and things like that. But I didn’t put pressure on myself – I think it’s more in society there’s pressure.

‘I felt quite relaxed. My body has just given me a beautiful baby and I feel much more relaxed, even now.

‘I enjoy working out – it clears my mind – but I don’t feel the need to be crazy about it or put loads of pressure on myself, because there are much more important things [to worry about]. It’s good to be healthy and fit and I do enjoy working out.’
