Katie looked sensational in a pair of skinny jeans, adding some extra inches to her frame with a pair of sparkly open-toe wedges.
She kept things smart for the TV appearance in a grey cut-out shoulder jumper which boasted frills on the arms.
Carl also cut a stylish figure in a complementary ensemble of a zip-up jumper and ripped skinny jeans, finishing his look with some white trainers.
While on Steph’s Packed Lunch, the couple detailed their plans and how they’re hoping to conceive so her terminally ill mother can ‘see them have children.’

But they admitted that Carl’s previous use of steroids while working out in his 20s is a worry as they look ahead to potentially conceiving later this year.
Carl said: ‘I’ve got a history of using steroids when I was younger and it’s always been in the back of my mind what potential damage I may or may not have done when I was taking them.’
The show followed Katie and Carl as they visited a fertility specialist who told them his past use of the muscle boosting drug could have had an effect on Carl’s sperm count.
The specialist said: ‘We know past use of steroids usually does affect the sperm count… There are circumstances where we can help and there are some circumstances, possibly unusually, where we can’t.’

Appearing in the show’s Leeds studio following their segment, Carl insisted he would remain fully invested in his relationship with Katie if he discovers his sperm count is too low to have children.
He said: ‘If we couldn’t, I’m not going to leave her over it. But I’d love to have kids of my own. I’m lucky she’s got five great kids as it is, but to have your own…’
Touching his knee, Katie added: ‘I wouldn’t leave you either if you couldn’t.’
The couple also revealed that Katie’s ailing mum Amy knows Katie’s cycle and calls them whenever she knows Katie’s ovulating.
Opening up: Katie and Carl discussed their concerns over his past steroid use and whether it could affect their chances of having a baby together while on the TV show on Wednesday
Carl said: ‘You know the mum wants it when she rings you up saying “Have you done it, it’s ovulating day? Make sure you’re doing it!”‘
He also told Steph about his worries over the impact of his past, adding: ‘When I was younger, I couldn’t see past my nose, so I used to use steroids when I was going to the gym.
‘Only when you get older do you realise when you do when you’re younger could affect you when you’re older. It’s worrying.’
The appearance comes after Katie confirmed she was keen to welcome a sixth child – her first with Carl – via IVF for the benefit of her ailing mother Amy, who has been diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis – a terminal lung infection.

Katie is already a parent to son Harvey, 18, with former footballer Dwight Yorke, Junior, 15, and 13-year-old Princess with first husband Peter Andre, and Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with third spouse Kieran Hayler.
Speaking to The Sun, the TV personality admitted they had turned to doctors for help to conceive.
She said: ‘We’re going to call the baby Miracle. I’m doing this for my mum. She told me to have IVF so she can see us have kids. It will break my heart if she can’t.’
Katie added that she initially thought it would be “easy” to get pregnant again and she and Carl have never used contraception because they “knew they’d be together forever”.
She said: ‘It has not happened naturally, unfortunately. I thought it would be easy as I’ve never had to plan it before. It’s always just happened.

‘We have never been careful having sex from day one, as we knew we wanted to be together. But we really started properly trying in the Maldives in November.
‘We’ve been planning it all on an app and having loads of sex on the three days I’m ovulating. We haven’t been doing it every day as they say not to.’
She added: ‘We don’t do it for three days ahead of ovulating, to make sure the sperm is stronger. We’ve tried everything.
‘It’s frustrating as I feel young but I’m not inside. I’m 43 this month so I guess I need help. It’s always when you really want something that it doesn’t happen. Who knows, it could be down to the stress of trying so hard.’
Although doctors have reassured the couple they “will have a baby”, Katie is worried because she’s unsure she can carry a child, while Carl needs to undergo tests to check his sperm count.
Sex talk: ‘We have never been careful having sex from day one as we knew we wanted to be together’
She said: ‘I’ve had my tests and the doctor said I’m still ovulating but my eggs are far less now. I had a scan and some blood tests and they were happy.
‘The danger with me is I’ve got to see an obstetrician as I can’t give birth to a baby naturally. They need to check I can actually carry a baby. I may not be strong enough to do that because I’ve had four caesareans and because of my age.
‘We want a baby so much, we’re very stressed about it. Last week we saw a doctor who reassured us we will have a baby. It is just how we do it now. Carl is getting tested because he’s never got anyone pregnant before.
‘We don’t know yet but he might need medication to help his sperm. There’s obviously a reason why we’re not getting pregnant. Whatever happens, we’re having a baby this year.’
It’s understood that Katie began her IVF journey last week with doctors reassuring her that she will have a baby this year.

Last month the pair fuelled speculation that Katie was pregnant in an Instagram post, with the star cupping her stomach as she thanked Carl ‘for being a part of me’.
Alongside the snaps of herself posing in the front seat of a car, she wrote: ‘Happy and healthy… it’s the best feeling ever I thank @carljwoods for being part of me x.’ (sic)
Of this, she said: ‘That was so annoying as everyone was speculating I was pregnant but I wasn’t. I wished I was! I have put on loads of weight as I’m trying to eat really healthily – so I just felt like saying: ‘F**k off!’
‘We’ve been doing pregnancy tests every month but the last few months we haven’t bothered. It’s been so disheartening.’
Rumours: Last month the pair fuelled speculation that Katie was pregnant in an Instagram post
The pair got engaged in April after a 10 month romance and Katie revealed she will legally change her name when she marries Carl, something she hasn’t done with her former partners.
Speaking to the on Sunday, she revealed: ‘I’m going to change it legally and be known as Katie Woods. I’m proud of it. It’s going to be a new me and a new era.
‘It’s the first and last time the ring is going to be off my finger. My head’s in the right place. Not only am I head over heels in love, my kids approve and my family approve. It’s not a rash decision.’
Carl asked the former model’s dad and her son Junior for permission before he popped the question and was given a ‘talking to’ by her 15-year-old.
Family: The reality star already has Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, with ex-husband Peter Andre, 48, Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with former spouse Kieran Hayler, 33, and raises eldest child Harvey, 18, without his biological father Dwight Yorke, 49
The couple also said they intended to marry later this year in an unconventional ceremony that ‘no one has ever done’ before.
But Katie insists the wedding will be a low key affair with celebrity friends and ex-husbands banned from attending.
She told Notebook magazine: ‘I want the focus on Carl as much as me, this is his special day, too. No wall-to-wall celeb faces. It’ll be about us, Carl and our family, coming together as one.’
Reflecting on the possibility of her exes – among them singer Andre, with whom she maintains an amicable relationship – she added: ‘No. They’re exes for a reason.’
