Appearing on the podcast with her nose bandaged after getting a nose job, she said: ‘I’m in the bankruptcy, which is the best thing for me by the way.
‘I love being in the bankruptcy, I’ve even asked to go to prison to get rid of it but they won’t let me.
‘I wouldn’t mind cause I’d sell a story when I come out and get money for it. It doesn’t scare me, because I’m not dead.’
‘If a bailiff comes for a parking ticket and I just say, I haven’t got the money there’s three stables over there full of expensive stuff, take what you want,’ she added.
Katie is set to face questioning in court over her £3.2million debt and previously agreed to pay £12,000 a month but has not been sticking to the deal, according to those owed the money.
Elsewhere in the podcast, Katie also reflected on her career as a glamour model and revealed what it was really like living in the Playboy mansion for six weeks.
The TV personality told how she declined getting involved with Hugh Hefner and shared that she had romances with other women during her time in the mansion.

Katie made her confessions on the podcast while her daughter Princess, 16, was watching the recording, and Katie also reflected on her family life in the chat.
The mother-of-five teased her daughter Princess as she lightheartedly joked that she was ‘ugly’ when she was a child.
She said: ‘Me, Princess and my mum all have the same mowl. Princess it going to keep hers I had mine removed after the jungle. Princess is so pretty though but she was so ugly as a kid.’
Turning to her daughter, she added: ‘No you were ugly though Princess, Google it.’
Continuing to chat to host GK Barry, Katie said: ‘It’s not cruel I know when my babies are ugly she’s fine now.’
Katie – who has gone under the knife many times over the years – went on to reveal that she has told Princess not to get any surgery until she is much older.
She said: ‘A lot of girls in their early 20s look the same and I don’t care because I’ve had surgery and I’m in my 40s, but I tell Princess, not that she wants anything done, that I didn’t do anything to my face until I was 40 and now I can do what I like.
‘But girls have it done too young. I know I’ve had it but they’re too young.’
Katie has most recently undergone a nose job, and has been spotted with a heavily bandaged nose in recent days following the painful surgery.

Katie’s mother Amy has previously told how she ‘absolutely hates it’ when her daughter gets surgery, with Katie now speaking about her disapproval.
Katie detailed: ‘My mum tells me off saying “you better not be going down for surgery” and I ring just before now like “just to let you know mum I’m on my way into surgery I’ll phone you when I’m back”.
‘She will phone the surgeon up otherwise and tell them to stop, she has done that and stopped me.’
Katie told how she will have to be ‘careful’ with her enhancements and confessed she might have body dysmorphia, after her mother claimed she had the mental health condition.
Body dysmorphia, or body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), is a condition where a person obsessively worries about apparent flaws in their appearance.
Amy, 71, recently told how she believes Katie has body dysmorphia and claimed she got her daughter to admit that she struggles with the condition.
Speaking to Vanessa Feltz on her TalkTV show on Friday, Amy confessed that she ‘absolutely hates it’ when Katie goes under the knife.
When Vanessa asked her for her feelings on Katie’s surgeries, Amy said: ‘I absolutely hate it and she knows it.
‘I think she, and I got her to admit it the other day, “you’ve got body dysmorphia”. I don’t know what it is.

‘You know you look all right but why do you think you need to tweak this, tweak that or have a tattoo or change her hair?’
Amy went on to detail how she believes Katie’s desire to have surgery stems from moments of ‘upset’ or ‘hurt’.
She went on: ‘I think when there’s moments of upset or she’s not feeling right or she needs comfort in a way or hurt that’s what she does because she thinks she’s in control of herself.’
Amy has been very vocal with her concerns about her daughter’s surgery and previously branded Katie’s breast implants ‘ridiculous’.
