Katie Price has once again enjoyed a break from her court-assigned stint in The Priory rehabilitation facility, as she enjoyed an afternoon of retail therapy on Tuesday.

The reality star, who was ordered to enter rehab by a judge following her alcohol-fuelled car crash last month, was seen heading to a nail salon and a nearby café in a casual white jumper and grey tracksuit bottoms – just days after she took a night off rehab to enjoy a date night with her fiancé Carl Woods on Friday.

Katie crashed her BMW while double the drink-drive limit after leaving her home to allegedly hunt for drugs during an all-night alcohol and cocaine bender in August, and was subsequently arrested before pleading guilty in court.

Exact details of Katie’s rehab order, or allowances to leave treatment, have not been disclosed, however, patients at The Priory who have not been detained under the Mental Health Act are able to leave the facility at the discretion of the facility team members.

Last month chair of the bench Julie Hutton deferred her sentencing on the condition that she have treatment at the centre, not commit any further offences, and be banned from driving in the interim.

The TV personality covered up in a casual bomber jacket with a Gucci-inspired print, and carried her essentials in a Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag.

Since entering the Priory on September 29, Katie has been spotted taking a break from the rehabilitation centre on several occasions, and was pictured heading for a spray tan on Friday.

Katie’s bombshell memoir: Her biggest confessions

Katie Price’s new memoir, Harvey And Me: A Mother’s Love, sees the star reflect on raising her eldest son as a single parent.

Harvey was born with disabilities including partial blindness, ADHD and Prader-Willi syndrome, which causes an excessive appetite.

But the book has also seen the reality star make some shocking revelations about her family,  including bombshell claims about her ex-husband Peter Andre.

In the book, Katie claims Peter, who she divorced in 2009, said he had ‘no interest’ in staying in touch with former stepson Harvey.

She also wrote that Harvey was upset when she and Peter split and even mentioning the singer’s name around her son ‘stresses him out’.

Katie also told how she visited an abortion clinic three times while pregnant with her son Harvey as she did not want to be a single mother.

The reality star revealed she got the impression from her ex Dwight Yorke that he would not want to stay with her if she chose to keep the baby, and said she didn’t think it would be ‘fair’ on her child to come from a ‘broken home’.

Katie also claimed Dwight, 49, offered her no financial support when she told him she was considering a termination.

In her memoir, Katie also details the horrifying kidnap threats made against her disabled son Harvey

The star goes onto reveal her hopes of adopting a disabled child after bringing up her own son Harvey.

She revealed a gang had planned to force her car off the road and hold Harvey to ransom for £1million – leaving her feeling ‘unsafe in my own home’

Katie wrote of the threats: ‘He is so innocent, it breaks my heart that anyone would want to hurt him, but we’ve endured a lot together,’

The star then enjoyed a date night with Carl on Saturday, with insiders telling The Sun he has been ‘a frequent visitor’.

On Saturday Katie finally apologised for her actions in her drink-and-drug-fuelled crash, stating she has ‘taken full responsibility for her actions.’

A statement given by her family to the Sunday Mirror read: ‘Kate acknowledges and takes full responsibility for her actions. She knows they were wrong and apologises. Kate is deeply loved and she loves her family.

‘We are all there for her right now – and her children, who she loves dearly, are giving her strength as a mum.’

How do you plead? She then admitted charges of drink-driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance at Crawley Magistrates’ Court

Katie Price: Her six bans (including one for drink-driving)

October 3, 2003 Escaped a speeding charge on a technicality after cops failed to arrest her within 12 weeks. Her Range Rover was allegedly clocked at 70mph in a 40mph zone.

June 5, 2008 Given three penalty points, fined £200 and ordered to pay £80 costs at Feltham magistrates’ court for talking on her mobile phone while driving on April 18.

January 7, 2009 Let off on a legal technicality by Brighton magistrates after allegedly breaking a 30mph limit and not providing the identity of the driver to police.

July 7, 2010 Convicted in her absence by Crawley magistrates after cameras caught her speeding at 99 mph on September 16, 2009. Her lawyer argued she was only speeding because she was being hounded by the paparazzi, but police said there were no other speeding vehicles around. She was fined £250, ordered to pay £500 prosecution costs and given four points on her licence.

September 28, 2010 Convicted at Mid-Sussex Magistrates’ Court for failing to be in proper control of her 7.5-ton lurid pink horsebox after veering into another lane in Sussex on February 19. She was fined £1,000, ordered to pay £650 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge and given three points on her licence, taking her tally to 10.

December 1, 2010 Banned from driving ban for six months after she was caught on speed camera travelling at 83mph in a 70mph zone on the A23 in Pyecombe, West Sussex on 10 December 2009. Ms Price, who did not attend the hearing, pleaded guilty to the charge. In her absence, she was fined £1,000 and given three penalty points on her license (taking her total at that time to 13 points). This took her over the 12-point limit and brought an automatic six-month driving ban and so she was disqualified from driving for six months.

August 31, 2012 Barred from driving on the roads for 12 months, after failing to respond to two speeding tickets. She had been caught speeding in London on September 5 and September 6 2011. The glamour model argued that all of her post was dealt with by her mother and she had never seen the prosecution warnings. Ms Price, who already had six points on her licence at the time, was given six more and banned for 12 months. She was also fined £400.

February 16, 2018 Banned from driving for six months after doing 60mph on the 50mph A24. She already had points on her license. Following the incident in Dial Post, West Sussex in 2017, Ms Price failed to tell police when the speeding ticket arrived and was charged with failing to provide details about the person driving. She failed to show up at magistrates’ court and was given a six-month ban and a £750 fine.

July 28, 2018 In July she was was questioned by police after photographs emerged of her getting behind the wheel of her car while still banned from the road. Pictures revealed Ms Price driving her grey Ford Fiesta home from Gatwick with her youngest kids Jett, aged four, and Bunny, aged three. She handed herself into police and took to Instagram to insist that she thought the ban was over – but as soon as she realised it wasn’t, confessed her wrongdoing to authorities to avoid a ‘guilty conscience.’ The former glamour model said at the time: ‘After driving to Harvey’s Hospital appointment I have NOW found out that I don’t get my licence back until 8th August.’

September 26, 2018 Crashed her £63,000 Ranger Rover on September 26, while allegedly on her mobile phone. The crash was reported to the police. Marketing executive Katie Pugh, 23, told MailOnline that the troubled star rear-ended her Mercedes as they were stuck in traffic on the A3 in Roehampton, Surrey. Pugh said she looked up into her rear-view mirror and noticed Ms Price appearing to be looking at her phone moments before the collision at around 5.30PM on September 26.

October 10, 2018 Arrested on suspicion of drink-driving in the earlier hours of the morning on October 10, after being found by police in her garish pink Range Rover in Woolwich, East London. Ms Price had allegedly been partying with ex-boyfriend Kris Boyson helping him celebrate his 30th birthday when her car ended up hitting a parked car. She took a roadside breath test and was taken to Plumstead Police station where she was released after a night in the cells. Ms Price was then photographed driving her car without wearing her seatbelt, just 36 hours after her drink driving arrest – an infraction that carries a £100 fine.

December 2018 Charged by postal requisition over her drink-driving charge

January 2019 Caught driving while disqualified, and was given another three months.

February 2019 Served a further three month ban after being convicted of drink-driving in October 2018.

Autumn 2019 Issued with her sixth ban – a two-year disqualification –  which she appealed. It was reduced to 18 months.

March 2021 Gets behind the wheel of boyfriend Carl Wood’s Range Rover weeks before her 18-month ban is lifted. Questioned by police over the matter

Peter’s lawyers are said to have sent legal letters to Katie along with evidence following the claims.

A source said: ‘Pete is a great dad – he was devastated to be blocked from seeing Harvey and begged to see him more and more.

‘He’s tried on hundreds of occasions to see him. Pete is sick of Katie’s lies and being dragged into her life again.

‘He doesn’t want her talking about him. He doesn’t talk about her, she needs to stop talking about him.’

In her book, Katie writes that Harvey was upset when she and Peter split and even mentioning the singer’s name around her son ‘stresses him out’.

The couple, who are parents to Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, split in 2009 and Peter has since remarried wife Emily and has welcomed two more children, Amelia, seven, and Theo, five.

In 2009, Peter was given compensation and a public apology from Katie following an interview she gave to Heat magazine.

Peter sued for defamation after Katie falsely claimed he had cheated on her and did not genuinely care for Harvey.

Katie is facing jail after pleading guilty to a slew of motoring offences and has checked into The Priory rehabilitation clinic to treat her drink and drug problems.

The star crashed her BMW while double the drink-drive limit after leaving her home to allegedly hunt for drugs during an all-night alcohol and cocaine bender which came after she rowed with Carl.

She then admitted charges of drink-driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance at Crawley Magistrates’ Court.

She could face prison after being charged with driving while unfit to drive through drink, using a motor vehicle on a public place without third-party insurance and driving while disqualified.

Katie was told that her sentencing had been deferred for 11 weeks until December 15 to allow her to have treatment at The Priory and speak to the probation service.

Chair of the bench Julie Hutton told her she could leave but warned her against driving in the interim, saying: ‘You are free to go and good luck at the Priory.’

The troubled star is mum to Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, who she shares with Peter Andre, as well as Jett, 8, and Bunny, 7, with ex-husband Kieran Hayler and Harvey, 18, with Dwight Yorke.

Police were called to Katie’s Essex home at around 1.30am on August 23, where a man was arrested on suspicion of assault, theft and coercive and controlling behaviour.

Katie was taken to hospital and was pictured the following day with bruises to her face and an injured lip.

Katie said she was attacked as she watched TV – forcing her to flee in terror to her son Harvey’s nearby home.

In a two minute clip, Carl said: ‘I’ve not been on Instagram for a long, long time, and let me tell you this past month has been one of the roughest of my life. Never, ever, ever have I felt so low.

‘I had to go into hiding and shut down. If I wasn’t a stronger person in the head it would absolutely have defeated me.’

He added: ‘Everyone just remember who I am and all the things I did at the start when I first came onto the scene, that’s all I can say.

‘I’m a good fella and I’ve always been a good fella and always will be a good fella.

‘Anyone who thinks anything different of me, when you know the truth and I’m allowed to tell the truth, you’ll be eating your words.

‘I just hope everyone who had the balls to abuse me has the balls to say ‘look, do you know what, I’m sorry’. That is what I ask, because I’ve screenshotted every single one of you.’

Concluding the video, he said: ‘I have never and would never, ever do a thing to hurt Katie, never.’

Neighbours said they heard ‘loads of shouting and screaming’ on the night the model was rushed to hospital following the assault.

One neighbour told MailOnline: ‘There was something kicking off because I heard loads of shouting and screaming. It was definitely going off.

‘It was anti social and sounded like a load of p***heads coming back from the pub. There was a real kerfuffle.

‘Then I saw a car parked across the road for ages. Around half an hour after that I heard loads of talking.

‘I came downstairs to see what was going, but I don’t know what time it was because I didn’t have my phone with me. I didn’t see or hear any cops. I didn’t see any blue lights.’

Essex Police said at the time: ‘A 32 year-old man arrested following reports of an assault on August 23 has been rebailed until later this week.’

In August, shortly after her attack, Katie reportedly told friends she ‘cannot face’ the prospect of a court appearance.

Friends of the mother-of-five reportedly told the Sun that she is ‘mentally fragile’ and ‘cannot face’ a court appearance.

Friends reportedly say it has left Katie in a ‘nightmare situation’ and could result in the case being dropped.

Arrested: Police were called to Katie’s Essex home at around 1.30am on August 23, where a man was arrested on suspicion of assault, theft and coercive and controlling behaviour

The friend told the paper at the time: ‘She (Katie) absolutely stands by her account of events of that night given to police, but upon reflection isn’t sure she’s mentally strong enough to go through yet another court appearance.

‘She doesn’t want to be dragged through the mill, and her private life scrutinised by all and sundry. Katie doesn’t see any other way out.’

A police spokesman said: ‘We have a duty of care to gather all evidence relating to this case and our inquiries continue.’

  • But it took the celebrity 26 days to make a public apology and ‘take full responsibility for her actions’

Katie Price has finally apologised for the drink-fuelled car crash that left fans terrified for her health – and said she has ‘taken full responsibility for her actions’.

The former glamour model, 43, flipped her BMW on its side on a country lane near her home in West Sussex in September.

In the aftermath of the shocking it was revealed that Katie was drunk at the wheel and had made a dash ‘for more drugs after an all-night binge’.

Cocaine was also found in her wrecked car.

Katie Price has apologised for the drink-fuelled car crash that left fans terrified for her health – and said she has ‘taken full responsibility for her actions’

The mother-of-five admitted to driving whilst disqualified as well as driving without insurance because of being disqualified for two years in October 2019. It is the sixth time she has been banned.

The statement is likely to be seized upon by fans as a comfort following fears for Katie’s future after she reached a new low.

The star has since checked into The Priory rehabilitation clinic to treat her drink and drug problems.

According to The Sun, Katie’s fiancé Carl Woods has been ‘a frequent visitor’. MailOnline has reached out to Katie’s representatives for comment.

Although it is alleged the hunt for drugs during an all-night alcohol and cocaine bender came after she rowed with Carl, the pair looked worlds away from their troubles as stepped out for a date night at Alec’s Restaurant in Brentford, Essex, yesterday.

In late September, Katie pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates’ Court to three charges of drink driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance.

But prosecutors dropped a drug-driving charge in light of her guilty drink-driving plea. It came one day after family and friends rallied round her following her arrest.

Price, from Horsham, West Sussex, who was already banned from driving, flipped her car on a country road at 6.20am near West Grinstead, close to her home.

The star has since checked into The Priory rehabilitation clinic to treat her drink and drug problems

After being rescued by a local resident, Price was arrested on suspicion of driving while above the legal limit for alcohol and drugs – and tested positive for cocaine.

The model told police: ‘I was just going to my friend’s house. I know I shouldn’t. I’ve been banned four times. I took drugs. I should not be driving. I admit it all.’

Price could still face jail when she is sentenced in December. The model has no driving licence after being disqualified for two years in October 2019 – and has been banned from the roads six times in total.

The three charges were using a motor vehicle on a public place without third party insurance; driving while unfit to drive through drink; and driving while disqualified. Price had been taken to hospital but is not thought to have been badly injured.

Price was told that her sentencing had been deferred for 11 weeks until December 15 to allow her to have treatment at The Priory and speak to the probation service.

Chair of the bench Julie Hutton told her she could leave but warned her against driving in the interim, saying: ‘You are free to go and good luck at the Priory.’

Ms Hutton then handed Price an interim driving ban, warning her: ‘We regularly send people to prison for driving whilst disqualified.’

Price left the court with a blanket over her head and wearing pink slippers, with her father Paul Price who drove her away in a blue Fiat 500 as she ducked in the seat.
