Khloe Kardashian is reportedly set to welcome a second child with her cheating ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
The 38-year-old star and the 31-year-old NBA player’s baby will be born via surrogate, according to TMZ.
Sources says the baby’s birth is ‘imminent’ and could be just a matter of days, while other insiders suggest the child has already been born.

The news of the potential surrogacy comes amid speculation that the on/off couple – who already share four-year-old daughter True – have rekindled their romance.
Khloe recently shared a snap to her Instagram Story of an arrangement of flowers she’d received from Tristan in celebration of her recent 38th birthday.
Being that she tagged the athlete in the post, some fans began to speculate that Khloe might have restarted her relationship with the serial cheater.
However, Khloe went on to delete the post before re-uploading it without the Tristan Thompson tag.
Tristan and Khloe have had a tumultuous relationship since they first started dating in 2016.
Just seven months ago, Tristan was in the midst of a paternity scandal after DailyMai.com exclusively revealed that he’d fathered a child with fitness model Maralee Nichols.
He’d conceived the child in March 2021 while still in a relationship with baby mama Khloe.
Nichols gave birth to their son, named Theo, on December 1, though Tristan publicly denied the child was his.
It was not until January 2022 that the Chicago Bulls star admitted that Theo was his, while publicly apologizing to Khloe for his repeated philandering.
Despite acknowledging Theo is in fact his son, Tristan has yet to meet the newborn.
He also shares a now five-year-old son with model ex Jordan Craig, who was pregnant at the time he began dating Khloe in 2016.
