Khloe Kardashian shows Tristan Thompson what he’s missing in a silver sheer minidress as she makes FIRST public appearance since his paternity case at 2021 People’s Choice Awards

Khloe Kardashian has made her first public appearance since Tristan Thompson’s paternity case drama drama at the 2021 People’s Choice Awards on Tuesday night in LA.
The 37-year-old Hulu reality star was seen with momager Kris Jenner, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, as she was named Best Reality Star at the event.
She also took to the stage to accept the award for Best Reality Show for Keeping Up with the Kardashian, while sister Kim received the Fashion Icon Award.
Khloe put on a brave face for the event, after DailyMail.com exclusively revealed court documents last week that alleged her on/off boyfriend got Texas personal trainer Maralee Nichols pregnant in March while they were still together.

The star – who shares three-year-old daughter True with Tristan – looked typically stunning in a silver dress as she posed with the group of stars at the bash.
Her appearance at the event comes as TMZ reported on Tuesday that 30-year-old NBA star Tristan has filed an emergency petition on Tuesday in Harris County, Texas, asking the judge to issue a gag order in the case.
Meanwhile, a source doubled down to PEOPLE on Monday, claiming Khloe and Tristan were still in a relationship in March this year, and that the mother-of-one ‘was upset to find out that he cheated again,’ adding: ‘She just can’t believe that he is going to be a dad again.’

However, a source close to Khloe disputes the timeline of events, insisting to DailyMail.com: ‘They broke up earlier this year around the Spring. Khloe’s only concern is True and maintaining a positive and healthy co-parenting relationship for their daughter as friends.’
Per legal documents obtained by TMZ, the basketball star claims that Maralee has conducted interviews and leaked personal information via social media to spread what he claims are falsehoods about the situation.
He also claims Snapchat messages that she claimed were from the NBA star had been ‘fabricated.’

Tristan alleges in the suit that Maralee is trying ”to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit.’
He reportedly also wants a judge to make Maralee hand over a $30,000 bond to ensure she has the sufficient funds if she breaks the confidentiality order.
DailyMail.com, exclusively revealed court documents last week that alleged the baby was conceived in Houston, Texas, during Thompson’s 30th birthday celebrations in March.
Tristan already shares a three-year-old daughter True with Khloe, and a son Prince, four, with his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.

Nichols, a Houston native, has since moved to Los Angeles and is now suing the athlete for child support as well as for reimbursement of medical expenses and pregnancy-related costs.
She has also filed to submit text messages between her and Thompson as evidence for her paternity lawsuit which allegedly show that he wanted her to terminate the pregnancy, Page Six reported.
Attorneys for Nichols claim that the communications show Thompson ‘addressing the parties’ relationship’ and ‘insisting that she get an abortion and threatening that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas.’

In a copy of a shocking text message obtained by Radar, Thompson allegedly offers Nichols $75,000 to keep quiet and warns that he is retiring after this NBA season and would therefore be unemployed.
Meanwhile, Khloe has remained silent on the matter – but she did thanks fans for their support while accepting the award for The Reality Show of 2021 at the glitzy event on Tuesday.
Backstage, the star was seen with her family as well as posing with the likes of Paris Jackson.
