Max Rogers, husband of the Pussycat Dolls’ Kimberly Wyatt, has said he’s going to get a vasectomy, despite Kimberly having already been sterilised.
Discussing the matter with the Loose Women panel on Wednesday 3 November, Max said he felt like he’d be “let off the hook” after Kimberly endured three Caesarean sections and sterilisation.
Janet Street-Porter asked the dad of three why he didn’t just get a vasectomy anyway to show his support for Kimberly, to which he said that was his plan.
Max explained: “That’s exactly the plan. Had we not had the baby immediately before lockdown, it would have been done by now, but it still is the plan.
“I sort of felt like I’d been let off the hook. She (Kimberly)’s had three C-sections and I literally haven’t had to do anything to myself, so I still am going to stick to that plan.”
While talking to the panel, Max and Kimberly, who tied the knot in 2014, describedtheir third child, Ford Senna who was born in October 2019, as a “surprise”. The couple also share Willow, seven, and Maple, four, together.
Discussing Ford’s arrival, Max said: “It wasn’t necessarily out of the question that we would have a third child, but it would have been a little bit further down the line.”
“It was a happy surprise when he arrived,” he added.

Max and Kimberly have previously spoken about their sterilisation plans when Kimberly explained to OK! thatshe had her “tubes clamped”while having her C-section with Ford.
Max added at the time: “I’m having a vasectomy too – we’re not taking any chances.
"I’m sure we’re going to be together forever, but if we did split for whatever reason then Kim couldn’t have kids with somebody else, so I shouldn’t be able to either.”
“It feels like we were supposed to have three children, but come back in a few years and see what I say,” he added.
Kimberly went on to describe her C-section with her son as “brutal”, and that she had to sleep on the sofa for a while after her surgery.
“I’m a dancer so the toll it takes being cut in that way is hard,” she said.
“We have the most comfortable bed in the world, but I can’t get out of it as I don’t have any core strength, so I’ve had to sleep on the sofa. Max has been helping me – he does Pilates classes in the lounge."
