Kylie Jenner admits she’s ‘been MIA for a while’ from social media following birth of son Wolf before touting Kylie Cosmetics’ recently launched lip lacquers
Kylie Jenner made a rare appearance on her Instagram Story on Thursday to promote Kylie Cosmetics’ recently launched lip lacquers.
Before jumping into her sales pitch, the 24-year-old makeup mogul acknowledged her absence from social media in recent weeks following the birth of her son Wolf.
‘I know I’ve been MIA for a while but I launched a new lip product,’ said Kylie, who filmed the video from inside of one of her parked luxury vehicles.

She continued: ‘They’re called lip lacquers and I haven’t been doing my makeup so I haven’t been able to show you guys. But now I am getting back to doing my makeup and I wanted to show you guys.’
The KUWTK alum was seated in the drivers seat for the clip, while her daughter Stormi wiggled around in the backseat. She made sure to note that they were ‘parked in the driveway’ of her Hidden Hills home.
Stormi, four, attempted to squeeze into frame with her famous mom before Kylie asked her to give her ‘two seconds’ to speak to her 317million followers.
Kylie had on a plain black top and styled her wavy raven hair down. She opted for a minimal makeup look and wore one of her favorite Kylie Cosmetics lip shine lacquer shades on her lips.

She went on to describe the new product as a sort of ‘lipgloss lipstick hybrid’ that’s both ‘super pigmented’ and ‘comfortable’ to wear.
‘I know you guys are going to love them,’ she gushed, before revealing that she was going to ‘try on more shades for you guys.’
Appearing in her bathroom, Kylie drenched her plump pout in a flattering nude lacquer named ‘Felt Cute’ before wiping it off.

She then modeled a gorgeous berry shade named ‘Everything And More,’ which amped up her makeup look.
The next shade was ‘You’re Cute Jeans,’ which is a pale nude pink.
Last but not least, the mother of two tried on a bright red shade called ‘Don’t @ Me’

The launch came a little over three weeks after Kylie gave birth to her and rapper Travis Scott’s second child, a son, on February 2.
She announced the baby’s arrival on Instagram and waited several days before revealing that her son’s name was Wolf Webster in a follow-up post.
The social media star shared a simple black-and-white image with the moniker on her Instagram Story.

The name Wolf is a boy’s name of German origin meaning ‘traveling wolf’ according to Nameberry.com.

Kylie and Travis, who have dated on/off since meeting at Coachella in 2017, confirmed in September that they were expecting another sibling for Stormi.

Last month a source told PEOPLE that the couple were happy, despite still not living together.
