Lewis Hamilton looks trendy in a purple silk shirt and matching baggy cargo pants at the Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton wore an all-purple ensemble when he arrived at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi for the Grand Prix on Thursday.

The Formula One racing driver, 37, strolled down the paddock during previews ahead of the final Grand Prix of the season. 

The Mercedes racer looked stylish in a Gianni Versace purple print silk shirt.

The seven-time World Drivers champion complemented his silk shirt with a vivid pair of matching purple baggy cargo trousers.

Showing off an array of sparkly jewellery, Lewis finished off his distinctive style with yellow tainted sunglasses, a beaded necklace, a jest black style baseball cap and flat chunky boots.

Lewis took in familiar surroundings at a race track he has triumphed at a record five times.

Though Lewis has enjoyed great success in Abu Dhabi he is yet to win a race on the 2022 F1 calendar, with only one attempt remaining, as the last race around the circuit takes place on Sunday.

Although he hasn’t topped to podium this year, the Brit is only one place behind Mercedes colleague, George Russell in the overall driver standings. 

Lewis last won the World Drivers Championship in 2020, in what was his fourth consecutive year.

Dutchman Max Verstappen has already wrapped up this seasons driving championship as the like’s of Lewis only have to race for pride.

It is the second year in a row that Max has won the drivers championship as he narrowly beat Lewis to the title last year.

Max’s team, Red Bull  have also won this year’s Constructors’ World Championship with a race remaining.
