Married At First Sight UK debuted another explosive episode for fans on Monday night, as the reunion dinner party descended into chaos.
The cast of the hit E4 show reunited weeks on from the vow renewals for one last dinner, and after many of the stars predicted their would be the usual arguments, Matt Murray was at the centre of the drama.
Matt couldn’t help wading into a tiff between Sophie Brown and her husband Jonathan Wileman, after it was revealed the couple had split after their vow renewals.

The reunion saw the couples once again fire off questions to one another from the honesty box leading to Sophie and Jonathan having a tense discussion about the demise of their romance.
While the argument continued, at the other end of the table Matt was overheard telling the group: ‘Sophie’s said a lot of things that she won’t say to anyone’s faces and that’s that.’
‘I’m there for Jonathan a hundred percent. I wouldn’t give a f**k about her mate, she’s fake.’
Matt’s ex wife Gemma, who he left for co-star Whitney half way through the experiment, jumped in telling him: ‘Do you want to shut up for one minute, because the sound of your voice is getting really annoying.’

‘Trust me mate, it’s mutual,’ Matt retaliated.
‘Honestly you’re embarrassing, you won’t listen to anyone else’s opinions even though your opinions are so high. You slag people off even though you won’t say it to their face,’ Gemma continued, only for Matt to ask who he had ‘slagged off?’
‘You’re sat there slagging Sophie off. You were saying she’s a fake b***h,’ insisted Gemma to gasps from the group.
Defending himself, Matt said: ‘The words ‘fake b***h’ is not my terminology,’ as Sophie replied: ‘What did you say then?’
Excuse me? Matt’s ex wife Gemma overheard him calling Sophie ‘fake’ leading to an explosive confrontation
Explosive scenes: ‘You’re sat there slagging Sophie off. You were saying she’s a fake b***h,’ insisted Gemma said to gasps from the group
Matt then said: ‘That Sophie is a different person in front of the other people than what she was in front of Jonathan,’ as Sophie shouted: ‘Are you actually having a laugh? Because that is actually the biggest load of f*****g fake news I’ve ever heard in my life.’
Matt then said: ‘Oh really?’ as an infuriated Sophie stood up and screamed: ‘I have backed him [Jonathan] the whole time’, only to be met with laughter from Matt.
Sophie then told Matt: ‘You are not elaborating,’ before she stormed off, wine glass in hand, with pal Chanita following her.
Fuming: Matt said: ‘Sophie is a different person in front of the other people than what she was in front of Jonathan,’ as she shouted: ‘That is actually the biggest load of f*****g fake news’
Centre of the drama: Sophie insisted: ‘I have backed him [Jonathan] the whole time’, only to be met with laughter from Matt
‘I have been the exact same on, off, on camera’ a flabbergasted Sophie told Chanita. ‘Say it with your chest mate. Where’s your wife? You left her in f**king week two mate.’
After Sophie returned to the table, a smirking Matt insisted his words had ‘been blown way out of proportion,’ turning on Gemma as he said:
‘She managed to stir it. Gemma just got exactly what she wanted.’
It was revealed during Monday night’s reunion that Zoe and Jenna were the only couple still together after the vow renewals.
The series’ golden couple Jordan and Chinita revealed their shock split to the group, while Matt also broke off his controversial romance with Whitney just weeks after they pledged their love for one another.
The reunion continues on Tuesday at 9pm on E4.
