Meg Ryan, 61, has kept a low profile in recent years, with the actress making an appearance this week at the screening of Michael J Fox’s upcoming documentary, Still.
The Hollywood actress looks unrecognisable from her acting days, as she showed off her smooth complexion.
Meg went casual for the event as she sported grey trousers, a red jacket and chunky black boots.
The Golden Globe nominee’s appearance has changed over the years, with many speculating whether the actress has had surgery.
However, Meg has long denied having any plastic surgery or enhancement, hitting out at critics in 2015.
She told Porter Magazine at the time: “There are more important conversations than how women look and how they are ageing
“We get stuck in these conversations about looks and hair colour and our roots. It’s interesting and funny for five minutes, but it’s not that interesting.
“There’s a lot of hatred in the world today — it’s so easy to judge. Imagine being a hater, how stupid!”
Meg also explained how she tries not to let others’ opinions get in her way as she continues to prioritise her family.

She explained: “I love my age. I love my life right now. I love what I know about.
“I love the person I’ve become, the one I’ve evolved into. In my life, I’ve been scrappy as hell, but I feel easy with things now. I think that comes with age.
“I’m with my life right now in a way that I adore, with my kids and my world.”
Meg attended the screening alongside the Back to the Future star and his wife, Tracy Pollan.
She appeared to be in good spirits as she posed for snaps with Bill Murray and Elvis Costello.
While Meg hasn’t been pictured since November last year, she was sure to support Michael.
Still, which incorporates documentary, archival and scripted elements, recounts Michael’s story in his own words, from being raised on a Canadian army base to achieving stardom in 1980s Hollywood.
The account follows his public life alongside his never-before-seen private journey, including the years that followed his secret diagnosis with Parkinson’s disease at 29.
Last year, it was announced that Meg would be returning to the screen as she plans to star in and direct the forthcoming movie What Happens Later.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie is an adaptation of Steven Dietz’s play Shooting Star.
The media outlet also revealed that the playwright was penning the screenplay alongside both Kirk Lynn and the actress herself.
