Michelle Heaton showed fans how the extent of her drug and alcohol addiction had ravaged her hair.
Posting her hair journey on Instagram, Michelle shared a video of her damaged hair and the incredible results after a treatment.
She added the caption: "It’s funny (not really funny) but still funny, how stress … hormones … alcohol … drugs … diet … fitness all effects the hair!
"See my video at the end. This was filmed only this morning, That’s the harsh reality of what my hair became. And so this is me now."
Clearly thrilled with the results, Michelle finished: " @inanchlondon @inanch_justme@hairbyhasanuzun using @goldclasshair has well and truly got rid of any last bits of Michelle in addition! Good riddens!"
The star was praised for her bravery by fans and celeb friends. Steps star Lee Latchford Evans wrote: "Looking good hun x," whilst Nicola McLean added the fire emoji.
Michelle recently spent 60 days in the rehab clinic The Priory while seeking help for her alcohol and drug addiction.
The star recently admitted that her husband Hugh Hanley had been left as a single parent to their children Faith, nine, and Aaron, seven, during her addiction struggle.
The 41 year old told The Sun: "I felt like a bad mother – the worst. I'm so lucky I've got two beautiful children.
"They just want to see mummy well and they want to have 'fun mummy'. They just want me to play football with them, they want me to do their hair.
"It was those simple things that I wasn't able to give them."

The former Liberty X star went on to reveal that her kids picked up on some of the signs of her addiction.
She continued: "I never put them at risk in a physical way, but they saw me being sick and were worried about mummy and wondering why she shouted.
"And my husband wondered if I'd be alive when he woke up."
Michelle said her addiction began to affect her marriage, with her bizarre behaviour convincing Hugh that she was seeing somebody else behind his back.
"There'd be an argument where I'd storm off and then get out the vodka," she expressed.
"I wasn't having an affair, but I was in love with alcohol. There's the sneaking around, the lies. It's protection of your addiction.
"Yet he stood by me the whole time. I wouldn't have stayed with me, I don't know how he's still here. If he had left it would have been the tipping point for me."
