Nicola Peltz enjoys date night with husband Brooklyn Beckham in LA

Nicola Peltz is whisked off on a date night by husband Brooklyn Beckham in West Hollywood – after he was mocked online for THAT ‘bad’ portrait tattoo of the actress

Brooklyn Beckham treated his wife Nicola Peltz to a night out on the town in West Hollywood on Thursday.

The aspiring chef, 24, held hands with the stunning actress, 28, as they arrived at the swanky Italian restaurant LAVO located on the famous Sunset strip.

Nicola strutted her stuff in a sleek all-black look complete with a pair of sexy leather platform boots.

The Bates Motel star modeled a stylish black minidress with a black vinyl O-ring waist belt.

The outing comes shortly after Brooklyn was mocked online for the ‘bad’ portrait tattoo of Nicola that he recently got on his upper arm.

Nicola accessorized with black semi-sheer tights and a classic black leather purse that she kept tucked under her arm.

Nicola’s dark brunette hair was worn in a half up, half down style and she had a noticeably rosy flush.

Meanwhile, her better half looked suave in a preppy white sweater with the sleeves pushed up his muscular arms.

He slipped on a pair of black trousers and stepped along the sidewalk in black leather oxford shoes.

The duo looked very much in love nearly one year after tying the knot in a lavish ceremony last April.

Brooklyn and Nicola often showcase their love for one another publicly through mushy social media posts, PDA-packed outings and sentimental tattoos.

But Brooklyn’s most recent addition to his collection of over 80+ tattoos recently sparked online mockery.

The multi-hyphenate now has a large portrait of Nicola along with lyrics to their wedding song on his right arm.

Many have scrutinized the quality of the tattoo, with one person tweeting: ‘Well at least he can afford laser removal…’

‘There is just no excuse for celebrities to have bad tattoos,’ wrote another. ‘You have access to the best tattoo artists in the world, what are you doing Brooklyn Beckham’

Others narrowed in on the fact that the a majority of Brooklyn’s tattoos are directly inspired by Nicola.

Controversial: The outing comes shortly after Brooklyn was mocked online for the ‘bad’ portrait tattoo of Nicola that he recently got on his upper arm

‘Brooklyn Beckham having 70 tattoos dedicated to his wife is weird [as f**k],’ read one hyperbolic tweet.

‘I just saw Brooklyn Beckham’s giant tattoo of his wife, Nicola… is this behaviour normal??’ tweeted another.

One critic joked that Brooklyn must have gotten his tattoo done at a shady discount shop while others mocked the artist behind the ‘bad’ ink.

‘Whoever Brooklyn Beckham’s tattoo artist is— I need them to come to the red table. It’s time an intervention.’

Some think Brooklyn will ‘regret’ getting so many tattoos of his wife if they happen to divorce in the future.

‘AW that’s so sweet, PUKE. He will regret that if they ever divorce later in life. Stupid! not the brightest tool the box,’ read one brutal tweet.

One fan came to Brooklyn’s defense by reminding people that having a lot of tattoos is ‘very on-brand’ for the Beckham family, being that his dad David is a tattoo aficionado.

Brooklyn made the big tattoo reveal while appearing on The Jennifer Hudson Show last Wednesday.

Along with showing off his Nicola portrait, he also revealed he has ‘in between 80 to a 100’ tattoos in total, many of which are tributes to Nicola as well.

Brooklyn went on to share that right underneath the actress’ face, he has the lyrics to the song that the couple walked down the aisle to, in April of last year.

Elsewhere in the interview, Brooklyn shared that he legally incorporated Nicola’s last name after they married in order to ‘honor her family.’

After Hudson congratulated him on his one-year wedding anniversary, she inquired about his name change.

‘It was my idea because I wanted to honor her family’s last name as well, and you know I thought when we have kids I think it’ll be so cute to have little Peltz-Beckham’s running about,’ he stated.

He also quickly touched on their ‘throuple’ friendship with singer Selena Gomez, 30, calling her a ‘talented’ and ‘sweet girl.’

When asked whether he wanted a big family with Nicola, Brooklyn answered in the affirmative.

‘Yes, I want as many kids as my wife wants. I want a lot, but it’s obviously up to her.’

He then went on to reveal that the only thing the couple argue about is the temperature, as Nicola likes it really hot.

‘She likes it on like 87,’ he shared, adding that she wears ‘fluffy socks, pajamas and sometimes my jumpers’ to bed.

Nicola: Other dedications from Brooklyn include Nicola’s first name on his neck

Brooklyn has commemorated the couple’s romance via numerous tattoos, including her surname tattooed on his chest.

In May of last year, he got yet another tattoo in tribute to his wife written in black cursive script – showing his wedding vows which he shared at their wedding in April.

The tattoo reads: ‘Nicola when you walked down the aisle you took my breath away you look so beautiful tonight and always.

‘Let me start by saying that words cannot even describe my love for you just looking at you I see my future and it feels like a dream. You are my world and I continue to fall more in love with you every single day.

‘Having you in my life is the best thing that has ever happened to me as you have made me become the man I am today.

He also previously showed off his ‘married’ tattoo in August.

‘I have been looking forward to this day for so long, because today is the day I get to marry you, my forever babe, my love and my best friend, Nicola – today you become my partner, my other half – and my family and because of that I am the luckiest man in the world to be able to spend the rest of my life with you.

Looking at you: Brooklyn has also had his wife’s eyes tattooed on the back of his neck

Dedication: Brooklyn got another tattoo in tribute to his Nicola last May, this time in black cursive script showing his wedding vows

‘I promise to be the best partner, the best husband and man and to always take care of you, to make you laugh, feel safe and more importantly loved.’

He concluded: ‘I can’t wait to live out our dreams together and have lots of babies and be yours forever because you are forever mine.’

Brooklyn’s other tattoos in tribute to his spouse, include a love letter she penned, a large script, her grandmothers name, Nicola and her eyes.

In large script inked onto his lower right arm, he has another tattoo tribute that reads: ‘My life, my love, my truth, my breath, my reason, my beauty, my precious.’
