Olivia Bowen beams and clutches baby bump as she poses at Pride of Birmingham Awards

Olivia Bowen looked radiant at the Pride of Birmingham Awards on Monday 7 March as she showed off her baby bump.

The former Love Island star, 28, who recently shared a sneak peek inside her eagerly awaited baby's nursery, cut a stylish figure as she posed on the red carpet.

She wore a black bodycon dress with ruching detail across her bump, with glittery sheer detail on the neck and shoulders.

Olivia paired the dress with cobalt blue nails and a bold red lip, with her hair tied back in a chic loose style.

She was joined on the red carpet by husband Alex, 30, who she first met on Love Island in 2016. They later married in 2018.

He was looking stylish himself, wearing a sharp black suit with a plain black jumper.

The couple announced Olivia was pregnant with their first child on New Year's Day.

Taking to Instagram, they shared a series of polaroids, one of Alex kissing her tummy, another of the pair holding a pair of booties, and a third of a 'Baby Bowen' babygrow next to some ultrasound scans.

They later shared a video compiled of their families and loved ones reacting to the news.

The couple recently returned from a loved-up and luxurious babymoon in Tenerife to enjoy "the calm before the madness" ahead of their baby's arrival, and exclusively told OK! all about it.

"It's given us the chance to spend some quality time together as a couple for the last time before we become a family of three," she said.

"We've been chilling, soaking up the sun, eating and enjoying the calm before returning to the madness of two dogs and then a newborn baby!"

She has also shared with OK! her troubles with anxiety, especially during her pregnancy.

She told us: "My anxiety comes and goes. I think it's hard because you do get the hormones, and you're trying to work out what's real and what’s not.

"It's just about keeping it under control," she explained.

Olivia then offered her advice to other expectant mothers in the same position as she said: "Make sure that you're [speaking about it], and I always do lots of lists and notes, and things like that to help me sort of fight that anxiety. But yeah, you do have really heightened emotions. You just have to ride the wave.

"When I went to my first midwife appointment, I made it really clear that I suffer with anxiety and that I have had a history of depression, and they were so helpful.

"They referred me to a mental health midwife and they just did everything possible to make me feel at ease."
