Paris Jackson puts on a sizzling display in a sheer white sparkling gown while Joan Smalls bares all in a mesh black patterned number as they lead the stars at the Missoni show during Milan Fashion Week

Paris Jackson and Joan Smalls certainly amped up the ante in racy ensembles as they led the stars at the Missoni fashion show during Milan Fashion Week on Friday.

The model daughter of Michael Jackson, 24, flaunted her incredible figure in a sheer white sequinned gown for the women’s spring/summer 2023 fashion presentation.

While Victoria’s Secret model Joan went bold in a mesh black gown with a white swirled pattern as she stormed the runway during the show.

Paris opted for black underwear and a white bra underneath her shimmering ensemble, which gave a flash of her intricate array of arm and chest tattoos.

The actress added a few extra inches to her frame with a pair of white strapped stilettos and accessorised with a dainty pendant and an array of bangles and rings.

She styled her golden tresses loosely in natural curls and accentuated her striking features with a bold smokey-eye make-up palette.

While Joan’s ensemble featured a semi-sheer top with a thicker materialed bottom half, featuring a long-sleeve and white abstract design as the slit finished at her thigh.

Toni Garrn joined Joan in gracing the runway as she stunned in a soft grey mini dress, which featured a figure-accentuating black panel and a halter-neck design.

The number was decorated with statement tassels falling from the hem, with a slight slit going up the German model’s left leg.

Her height was elevated with a pair of open-toe heels, which tied multiple times around her ankle – as she sported matching earrings to fellow star Joan. 

Toni’s pristinely blonde locks were tucked away from her ears in a straight style, with a soft makleup look enhancing her complexion ever so slightly. 

Alessandra Ambrosio was also in attendance, joining Parisas they sat on the front row for the presentation of Missoni’s women’s spring/summer 2023 collection.

Alessandra, 41, looked effortlessly chic in a pink striped collared cardigan, which she teamed with grey trousers.

The Brazilian model styled her brunette locks loosely in a straight fashion and bolstered her looks with lashings of mascara and a bold red lip.

Elsewhere, Paris was also seen sitting alongside Indya Moore, best known for playing Angel Evangelista in Pose.

Indya, 27, who uses they/them and she/her pronouns, captured attention in a sheer blue gown with a daring split, worn over a blue and white bodysuit.

The star completed their look with a pair of blue stilettos and styled their brunette locks in a glamorous slicked back style.

The much-anticipated Milan Fashion Week runs from September 20 until September 26.

Almost 70 catwalk shows and 110 presentations are scheduled over the six days, featuring the giants of Italian fashion, from Gucci to Prada, Versace, Armani, Dolce & Gabbana and Bottega Veneta.

The return of a mostly full live programme in February after two years of coronavirus was marred by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine two days in.

This season the international jet set are back in force, from 300 journalists to 450 buyers expected – including the first Chinese delegation since the pandemic closed borders across the globe.

Fendi kicked off the week with a 90s-inspired collection shown off to a techno party beat, the models sporting shag haircuts with long fringes as they sashayed down the runway.

Low-rise cargo pants, embellished with straps and sometimes overskirts, featured alongside tank tops and vinyl wedges. 

A pastel palette was enhanced with enough absinthe green to get drunk on.

Taking it in: While fashion designer Filippo Grazioli took in the applause as he took to the stage too

Low-key: The style guru was dressed all in black as he let the models shine while having his own moment

Among the key events of spring/summer 2023 are Moncler’s 70th birthday celebrations and Ferragamo’s catwalk show at the site of its future Milan hotel.

Meanwhile, a number of personnel changes are causing interest, with Marco de Vincenzo having taken over as new creative director at Etro, Filippo Grazioli at Missoni and Andrea Incontri at Benetton.

New faces Valentina Ilardi, Marco Rambaldi and Matty Bovan will also be closely watched as an indication of future trends.
