The son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, who recently revealed his mother’s reaction to his now-removed face tattoo, also revealed that he would be starting a podcast centered on the topic in the near future.

Gerber began by revealing that he had ‘struggled with mental health, depression, and a lot of things that come along with that a lot of my life.’

Gerber went on to remark that he had learned from his past experiences and hoped that his followers would benefit from the videos and upcoming podcast.

‘Mistakes are the best teacher, so I think that you guys will hopefully benefit just as much as I am through this whole journey,’ he said.

The model concluded by remarking that he wanted to include his fans in his exploration of mental health.

‘One thing that I have learned is that this journey’s going to last a lifetime and I don’t really think there’s an end, so we might as well be in it together,’ he stated.

‘What I hope I can do is have made the mistakes for other people, so they don’t have to make the same mistakes that I made,’ he said.

Gerber added that he was enthusiastic about the prospect of offering advice regarding mental health to the general public.

‘I think that whether I help one person or a hundred people get out of that place that I was in at one point in my life, that’s all I need to do,’ he said.
