But Ben Affleck just earned one of the most notorious recognitions in Hollywood.
The 49-year-old actor was named one of the finalists in the Worst Actor category as the nominations for the 2022 Razzie Awards were revealed on Monday morning.

The ceremony – full name The Golden Raspberry Awards – that celebrates the worst movies of the year and other A-listers who received bad acting nominations included: Amy Adams, LeBron James, Mark Wahlberg, Ben Affleck and Jared Leto.
The parody award show even created a special category for Bruce Willis alone this year – with his performances in American Siege, Apex, Cosmic Sin, Deadlock, Fortress, Midnight In The Switchgrass, Out Of Death and Survive The Game all up for Worst Performance by Bruce Willis in a 2021 Movie.
Netflix’s Diana: The Musical leads the field with nine nods including for Worst Picture, Worst Director, Worst Actor and Worst Actress.

Thrillers Karen and The Woman In the Window joined the musical on the Worst Picture shortlist with Space Jam: A New Legacy and Infinite also making the list.
The aforementioned Affleck led the Worst Supporting Actor category for his role as Pierre d’Alençon in The Last Duel as he was recognized with Nick Cannon in The Misfits, Mel Gibson in Dangerous, Gareth Keegan in Diana the Musical, and Jared Leto in House Of Gucci.

The Golden Raspberry Awards honoring the worst of cinematic under-achievements were co-founded by UCLA film graduates and film industry veterans John J. B. Wilson and Mo Murphy and were first given out in 1981.
The Razzie Awards will take place on March 26 in its traditional slot on the day before the Oscars.
