The 52-year-old Bridget Jones’s Diary star appeared joyful as she warmly embraced a few of her pals before hopping on a party bus for a fun time.
After getting out of the driver’s seat, the Wheeler Dealer host, 42, came around the car to stick by his girlfriend’s side as they mingled with their buddies.
