‘I am really bad at being on my own’: Helen Flanagan looks tearful as she admits she’s struggling to ‘sit with her own thoughts’ after making final call to split from fiancé Scott Sinclair
Helen Flanagan admitted she’s ‘really bad at being on her own’ in a tearful post on Instagram stories on Wednesday.
The actress recently decided to end her relationship with her footballer fiancé Scott but has revealed she struggles to ‘sit with her own thoughts.’
The former Coronation Street star, 32, reportedly made the final decision not to reconcile with her ex-fiancé Scott earlier this week, after seeking advice from single-loving Carol Vorderman.
The actress has said she needs to ‘constantly’ be surrounded by friends or her children.
Helen looked sombre as she showed off her natural beauty while lying on a sofa in a grey tank top and pulled her long blonde tresses up into a bun.
She wrote: ‘I’m really bad at being on my own, anyone else relate to this? I constantly have to have my friends with me or be with my kids.

‘I can’t just sit there with me and my own thoughts.’
Helen split with Scott six months ago after 13 years and three children Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two, together.
She sparked speculation of a reunion with Scott when she put her ‘engagement ring’ back on for a recent Instagram post.
But she’s only said to be putting on a united front with the footballer, 34, for their children’s sake, with no plans to rekindle their romance.
According to claims, Helen was guided by her I’m A Celebrity South Africa co-star Carol, 62, who has been open in the past about her own five ‘special friends’.
A source told The Sun: ‘Helen was at a crossroads in her relationship when she went into the jungle this time around.
‘Carol became a kind of mother figure to the other campmates and Helen found herself opening up to her.
‘She told Helen to follow her heart and put her children first. She advised that staying with someone just for the kids never works out. Of course they’ve got the kids and a huge history only time will tell if it’s over for good.’

Her latest post comes after it was revealed Helen is entering I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! once again for its South African All Stars version.
During her first appearance on the ITV show in 2012, Helen became known for calling it quits during seven Bushtucker Trials.
She was voted by the public many times after she confessed on the first day of the series she was a ‘scaredy cat’.
However, the star said she is a different person this time around as she was ‘quite young’ at only 22 during her previous stint and ‘didn’t prepare at all’.
Helen said she has a new mindset this time around and ‘won’t not finish the trials’ as she wants to make her three children proud.
She said: ‘It’s going to be different. I was only 22 back then and I am 32 now. I have grown up a lot and I’ve had three children and I’ve gone through three labours!

‘I won’t not finish the trials because my mindset will be very different this time around.
‘When I went in the jungle the first time, I didn’t prepare at all. I didn’t have a clue what I had let myself in for and I cried even when my phone got taken off me after landing in Australia.
‘I am just going to be brave and get on with it. I want to make my children proud when I take part this time.’
She admitted she is ‘no jungle warrior’ and is still scared of heights but said she is excited to be reunited with ITV hosts Ant and Dec.
She continued: ‘I am not saying I am going to go in and be a jungle warrior and be absolutely amazing because I will not.
‘Yes I will be scared but I will have a go and I will be a lot better than last time. When I see Ant & Dec in the South African jungle, I will joke I am not going to do the Trials!
