Stacey Solomon looked sensational as she went for an ice plunge at the spa on Saturday, just four months after giving birth to her daughter Belle.

The singer, 33, donned a leopard print swimming costume with a low-cut neckline as she enjoyed some time at the spa with her sister Jemma and some friends.

Former X Factor contestant Stacey could be seen laughing as she attempted to lower herself quickly into the cold water.

However, the Loose Women panellist was hesitant after dipping her feet in the water and feeling the cold temperature.

The one-time I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! campmate eventually managed to submerge herself in the water, with her sibling and their pals jumping in after and emptying a lot of the water out of the tub in the process.

Reality star Stacey began using husband Joe’s gym equipment a few weeks ago, after it lay unused in the garage of their Pickle Cottage home.

Stacey said: ‘I promised I’d introduce my other sister to you and Samantha Stone did not love this! She’s the funniest and craziest of all of us. But is the most camera shy person I know.’

Stacey then proceeded to upload some clips of herself working up a sweat with dumbbells and barbells.

The TV favourite looked incredible in a yellow gym co-ord.

She wrote: ‘I’ll be honest I find everything so hard. But I’ve got so much better and stronger and I’m so proud of the fact that even though I genuinely do not get excited to start exercising I do it. For myself.

‘And so grateful my sister fills me with motivation. I have the craziest work, family schedule atm and honestly it’s given me so much energy.

‘I feel so much better in myself. I don’t care what I look like. It’s never bothered me and I love my body and all it’s done for me. I just wanted to feel good and get my energy back and showing up and exercising is doing that for me. ‘

Stacey previously spoke about her family dynamic when talking about Samantha.

Stacey went on to explain the dynamics of her huge family, saying: ‘All together there’s like seven of us.

‘We were a really big blended family. So I’ve got one step-sister, two step-brothers, my brother and sister and then my dad and step-mum had another baby so I’ve got another half-brother.

‘I call them all my brothers and sisters. I would never call them ‘steps’ just because it feels weird because we grew up like brothers and sisters.’
