Tom Sandoval was spotted with Billie Lee once again at his home in Los Angeles on Thursday morning.
The 39-year-old actor was shirtless as he appeared to help his former castmate, also 39, load a large package into a car after seemingly spending another night together at his place.
The television personality — who recently defended his ‘mistress’, Raquel Leviss, amid speculation that she was at a mental health facility — sported a pair of black shorts and a sweat belt as he stepped out.
The producer was also seen in an athleisure look with a cropped gray T-shirt and black leggings.
Earlier this month, the Vanderpump Rules reality star and his former castmate were seen going out for drinks together before she was seen leaving his house in the same clothes the next morning.

On the sunny Thursday morning, the two appeared to be dressed to work out together.
Sandoval sported a pair of black-and-white sneakers and a headband to keep his hair out of his face.
The actress and activist also sported a black baseball cap and off-white trainers.
Two weekends ago, the duo were also spotted together at his house.
Lee arrived at his house late at night, and the longtime friends walked together to a nearby cocktail bar.
The next morning, she was seen leaving his home in the same casual outfit she wore the night before.
The Sunday night hangout came after the pair also attended an event together on Friday night in West Hollywood.
Their recent hangouts were called out as controversial due to the revelation that he was cheating on Ariana Madix with Leviss.

On Wednesday’s episode of the Bravo reality show, Sandoval had lied to the producers about his affair with Leviss.
‘No. Nothing has happened between Raquel and I. Like nothing that wouldn’t happen between, you know, like, me and Katie,’ he said smirking.
During the episode, Katie Maloney had asked if he and Madix were in an open relationship.
In response to the accusation, he yelled at his costar and ranted in a confessional.
‘It’s annoying that Katie would say something like that,’ he said before the affair became publicly know.
‘It’s insulting to not just me but Ariana as well,’ he continued. ‘Raquel and I were not, like, dancing all close in the dark corner of a speakeasy.
‘A bunch of us just went to The Abbey,’ he said about the late-night establishment he is known to frequent. ‘Two of those people happen to be Raquel and I.’
Kristen Doute — who will be returning for the tenth season of Vanderpump Rules — took to social media to express her opinion.

Commenting on a post about Lee spending time with Sandoval after his now-ex was supportive of her during trying times on the show, Doute wrote: ‘[Rolling my eyes] as she cried at Ariana’s house after Ari found out [about the affair]’.
Lee was quick to respond to the pointed finger and defend herself: ‘I was crying because they BOTH are my family! It was sad and still is!’
‘What were you doing while I was crying!?’ she continued with her rant. ‘Literary [sic] taking selfies with everyone including Ariana. Like who does that!?
‘It felt like a funeral and you were taking selfies,’ she added before calling Doute a ‘fake and performative’ friend.
