Hayden Markowitz publicly apologized to Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia for calling them “bitches” and comparing them to his ex-girlfriend.

Markowitz, who was eliminated from “The Bachelorette” on Monday night, addressed his behavior on the show shortly after the episode aired with an Instagram post.

“For those who watched tonight’s episode, you saw me at my absolute worst and lowest moment,” he captioned a photo of him posing next to Windey.

“I have always tried to carry myself with humility and respect for others. However, my complete lapse of judgement [sic] was not only disappointing but it was absolutely unacceptable. I genuinely want to express my deepest apologies to both Gabby and Rachel for my actions.”

The leisure executive further said he takes “full responsibility for not being the man [he] was raised to be in those moments,” especially toward Windey, 31, and Recchia, 26.

“I really hate how this season ended, but this experience was not one that I was mentally or emotionally prepared for with the current things going on in my life,” he added.

The “Bachelorette” hopeful, who also limited the comments on his post, concluded his apology by expressing how much he learned from the “amazing experience” and hoping the two leading ladies would “accept [his] apology.”

During Monday night’s episode, Markowitz was eliminated after Recchia found out he had said that she and Windey “don’t hold a candle” to his ex-girlfriend.

He further added insult to injury by referring to them as “bitches” while talking to some of the other contestants.

This is not the first time that Markowitz’s words have gotten him in trouble. Just one week ago, he defended calling Windey “rough around the edges” with another Instagram post.

While sharing a photo of him hugging the ICU nurse, he wrote, “What a night, with so many emotions going on I have to say I have an overwhelming amount of respect for Gabby and Rachel.

“Looking back I can definitely say I may not be the most eloquent with words at times but I aimed my heart in the direction of my intentions. Extremely glad Rachel saw me for who I am inside and allowed me to continue the journey with her.”

His apology came after he turned down Widney for Recchia and proceeded to hurt her feelings along the way.

Following the incident, the ICU nurse told cameras, “Hayden tells me he feels his morals more aligned with Rachel, and being called ‘rough around the edges,’ like, definitely hurts.

“When it comes down to it, I want to be rough around the edges ’cause I know who I am on the inside, and I’m f—king proud of it.”

Neither Windey nor Reccia have yet to respond to this apology.

“The Bachelorette” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
