Everyone likes to put their own personal touch to spruce up the traditional white wedding.
Whether that is a sweet pick 'n' mix table or perhaps adding something a little different to the menu, like a crisp wall to celebrate the big day.
Well, this one couple have thrown out most common features of a special day by putting their own spin on it – including the groom giving the bride a tattoo.
And, people have now named it the “coolest” wedding they have ever seen.
Kotryna documented the day she wed her husband to TikTok and has gone viral for their unconventional celebration.
The brunette beauty ditched the idea of having a white dress for a grey cloak type number, which has even been compared to a ‘graduation’ robe or a ‘snuggie’.
Kotryna waltzed down some steps which looked like it led to a back garden of an apartment. Sitting on chairs on the gravel were a small number of guests, who were also wearing dark colours. This is a huge difference to floral and pastel notes that are commonly seen by wedding goers.
Without anyone giving her away, the babe eagerly walked down the aisle in a pair of bright yellow heels as she grasped her minimalist bouquet and then kissed her soon to be husband.
The heels did not last long as Kotryna then switched into some beige coloured trainers after the ceremony and danced away with her new hubby.
To really mark the special day, the wife was then tattooed by the groom just below her knee and he was then inked by guests.
The couple also had a quaint two tier cake with cream icing and some foliage for decoration.
And it looks like the fun didn’t stop there.
Instead of a DJ playing some cheesy hits, the stylish groom got behind the decks to entertain the guest into the evening.
The clip has now racked up nearly half a million views as people rushed to the comments to praise the ‘cool’ wedding.
One person commented: “This is one of the coolest weddings I’ve ever seen.”
Another user added: “This is just so cool.”
Whilst a third voiced: “Graduation gown wedding dress slay.”
Someone else praised: “Doing what you want at your own wedding is the best thing ever!”
Meanwhile, a fifth expressed: “Honestly, I love to see people that get married their way and not the way they were told when growing up. Makes me wanna marry one day.”
