Doctors have warned against the latest TikTok trend of "sinus unclog" hack where people stuff garlic cloves in the nostrils.
A couple recently jumped on the garlic bandwagon and tried it on their own to see if it could clean out blocked sinuses.
Hannah Williams and boyfriend Jaden Dean went viral after filming the dramatic result on Saturday.
They took two garlic cloves and put one in each nostril and left it in for 20 minutes.
Hannah claims her nose is not blocked but her partner is, so when Jaden removes the garlic cloves, it unleashes a stream of sinuses so much that it even forms a huge bubble.
The pair couldn't contain their laughter when they filmed it in the kitchen.
The clip quickly amassed 8.9 million views and many TikTok users were shocked to see the "snot bubble".
Hannah later wrote in captions: "This is not dangerous. the garlic just clean your sinuses out."
One viewer said: "That is the most glorious snot bubble I have ever seen."
A second wrote: "That's disgusting, I didn't need to see this before dinner."
"As someone who gets constant sinus infections I feel like I should try this," a third mentioned.

But some doctors made a duet video to share their warnings on the hack.
Dr Brian Boxer Wachler explained that the hack is not helping to clean out sinuses but just the garlic irritating the nose causing mucus.
ENT doctor Neil Bhattacharyya also warned: "If you do this enough, the body will start to react to the oils and chemicals in the garlic and cause contact dermatitis in the nose.
"Some garlic cloves are really strong, and if you get enough leaching of the chemicals and oils into your nose, it will definitely irritate it."
Another potential danger is the garlic clove getting stuck in the nostril and eventually exacerbating blockage and congestion.
