Influencer shows what body looks like when sitting down in body positive post

An influencer has been swamped with praise for her latest body-positive post.

Mik Zazon often shared unedited pictures and videos of herself going about her everyday life to help her fans remember what ‘real bodies’ look like.

Millions of people love the snaps, praising the blonde beauty for her realness on an app full of edited and enhanced photos.

Her latest post shows Mik posing in a garden chair while enjoying the sunshine in a stunning red and peach floral bikini set that showed off her tan and tattooed ribs.

The two images featured a bold reminder to all her followers.

The text plastered across the images reads: “It’s so crazy. Bodies so this thing when you sit.

“And it’s like… normal. And cool. Bodies are cool.”

She captioned the post to her 1million Instagram followers: “And don’t forget it #noramlizenormalbodies”.

Nearly 27,000 people have liked the set of images, while thousands more have commented and praised the bikini babe for her body-positive reminder.

One person said: “Thank you for this really needed it today.”

A second agreed, stating: “All bodies are good bodies. And all bodies are meant to change throughout our lifetime."

“I wish there was these sort of images when I was a teen, I can't believe I used to think anybody fold was bad. I'm in my 30s now and so comfortable in my skin… being human is beautiful!! Thanks for showing up just as you are!” a third commented.

Others just replied with seemingly endless streams of adoring emojis.

Mik previously opened up about her body struggles after snapping a picture of her naked body.

The blogger shared the naked snap with her followers – showing what she really looks like without makeup, styled hair, figure-hugging clothes and without retouching.

She regularly posts real photos of herself and has received endless praise for her candid clips of cellulite and spots as she attempts to 'normalise' natural bodies.
