Kinder launch a Piñata Birthday Kit that’s perfect for outdoor celebrations

With the ‘rule of six’ back in play from today, and more lockdown restrictions set to ease here after – everyone is looking forward to brighter days and more freedom.

Kinder has just launched a brand new Piñata Birthday Kit on Amazon, and it's perfect for outdoor parties and for little ones who’ll be spending birthdays at home this year.

It's available to order exclusively on Amazon for £29.95, so parents won't have to break the bank for these festivities.

The brightly coloured Piñata is shaped like a lovable llama and includes 40 individually wrapped Kinder Mini Bars and six Kinder Joy Eggs, ideal for sharing among your chocolate loving guests. Take it in turns to whack the pinata until the feast is released.

Leo Bertelli, Kinder Marketing Director, said: “Due to recent social restrictions, we know that children’s birthday celebrations are not what they used to be. We wanted to help parents by creating a fun way to celebrate special milestones with their family. Our Kinder Piñata Birthday Kit is designed to support parents and to make it as easy as possible for them to give their children a memorable day from the comfort of their own home.”

Also included in the kit is a party book, full of game and entertainment ideas to keep everyone having fun all day long. The party booklet also contains a QR code that parents can scan to download the free ‘edutainment’ app, Applaydu. With the app, families can bring the llama to life and capture unique photos to make the party extra special and memorable.

Setting up your Pinata

  • Cut the Piñata as indicated by the sticker (ensure this step is completed by an adult, or under adult supervision)
  • Lift flap and fill with Kinder Mini Chocolates and Kinder Joy from the kit
  • Hang Piñata from any secure surface (i.e ceiling) utilising the hanging loop
  • Let the fun begin
