With another two months until hairdressers can reopen, Malin Andersson has proved that you don’t necessarily have to wait to get a gorgeous hair makeover.
Posting to her Instagram stories, Malin, 28, teased fans with a snap of her hair on what looks like a kitchen floor, before revealing her new bob hairstyle.
Sharing the transformation with fans, the star showed off her new 'do, which she had styled in a side-parting with beautiful, bouncy curls.

The short and choppy style is a huge change for Malin, who had been rocking lengthier locks for a while now. But this isn’t the very first time the Love Island star has gone for the chop.

This time last year, the reality star sported a similar length before growing her hair throughout lockdown.
In the past, Malin has experimented with various styles – from bright red hair to Rapunzel-style extensions. The Love Island star also cut off all of her hair in 2017 and donated it to the Little Princess Trust. The action was to honour her mum, who was going through chemotherapy at the time.

Malin took to Twitter to share a snap of her previous super short cut, captioning the post: “Done it ain't I.. praying for you, mum.”
Despite her efforts to grow her hair, Malin always seems to return to a shorter style – and we think she suits it perfectly.
When it comes to styling her locks, the former Islander took to Instagram recently to share her favourite hair tool, Mermade Hair’s Pro Waver Wand, £54 here.
“I do love a beautiful wave,” Malin says. “When it comes to mermaid waves, there’s nothing better than this bad boy.”
The star says she favours the mermaid-wave style because “it’s an effortless glam look”, and it reminds her of “being out on holiday in the summer.”
Malin’s hair looks gorgeous in the Instagram clip, but we’re sure that the wavy style will look just as good on her new short hairstyle.
While we don’t advise people chopping off their own hair at home, we can’t help but admire Malin’s hairdressing skills.
