Ashley Graham graces the cover of Maxim’s “Hot 100” issue as the “World’s Sexiest Woman,” modeling nude lingerie and a matching feather-trimmed robe.
The 35-year-old mom of three beat out major names like Margot Robbie, Cara Delevingne, Ana de Armas and Doja Cat for the top spot on the magazine’s list, following in the footsteps of last year’s No. 1, golfer Paige Spiranac.
And Graham tried on a series of other sultry styles for her cover spread, including a sheer black lace dress by Christian Siriano and a red-hot ruffled skirt from Aliette.
She even showed off a Reformation pantsuit paired with a bra from her own Ashley Graham x Knix collection for several shots.
Graham — whom Maxim hailed as the “queen of curves” in the accompanying cover story — told the magazine that her body, like everyone else’s, is “always changing” and “always evolving.”
“We can look at everybody’s shapes and sizes, gender, ethnicity, and age as part of who they are; it doesn’t have to be a negative or a positive,” she said.
“It should be something that’s easily embraced, and we don’t need to be having these conversations all the time.”
Indeed, Graham has been open about her changing body, sharing candid snaps of her stretch marks and loose skin on Instagram after welcoming twins with husband Justin Ervin in January 2022.

“The first time I was on the cover of Maxim I did not have three kids, and this time I have three little babies,” she told the glossy. (In addition to twins Roman and Malachi, she’s also mom to 3-year-old son Isaac.)
“It makes you remember that ‘hotness’ is in so many scenarios, and comes in all shapes and sizes,” the “New Model” author continued.
“I’ve always preached that, but after I saw my body change so much after having three kids back-to-back, it’s hard to wrap my head around accepting my body and where I am, and how new and different it looks. So thanks, Maxim!”
