CHELSEA fans were dazzled by Mykhailo Mudryk's breathtaking control during a pre-season friendly against Borussia Dortmund.
But the admiration did not last long as he failed to make the most of the wonderful first touch.
Mauricio Pochettino's men drew 1-1 with the German giants in Chicago in their final game before the start of the Premier League season.
Marius Wolf gave Dortmund the lead in the 80th minute, before 19-year-old youngster Mason Burstow levelled late on for Chelsea.
Mudryk came on for new signing Christopher Nkunku midway through the first half after the Frenchman limped off.
And he took the free-kick which led to Chelsea scoring their equaliser.

But his standout moment came in the 64th minute when Reece James switched the play to him on the left flank.
The Ukraine international, 22, took the high ball down with the most audacious flick – controlling it with his left foot before bursting into space.
However, it came to nothing as he cut inside and produced a tame shot which was easily blocked.
The reaction of Chelsea fans varied, with some praising the skill and others bemoaning the poor effort that followed.
