“Doomsday cult” mom Lori Vallow and husband Chad Daybell have been charged with murdering her two children, 17-year-old Tylee Ryan and 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow, according to new court documents.

Daybell was also charged with killing his ex-wife, Tammy Daybell, according to court documents published by Idaho News 6 on Tuesday.

The Idaho couple — who were previously charged only with hiding the remains of the children — were indicted by a grand jury on a slew of murder and conspiracy to commit murder raps.

As part of the conspiracy charge against the pair — who are members of the doomsday cult Preparing a People — Idaho prosecutors wrote in the indictment that they espoused religious beliefs to justify killing Lori’s teen daughter.

“On between October 26, 2018 and June 9, 2020, Chad Guy Daybell (and Lori Norene Vallow) did endorse and espouse religious beliefs for the purpose of encouraging and/or justifying the homicide of Tylee Ryan,” the indictment states.

Investigators found the decomposing remains of JJ and Tylee last June, buried in a pet cemetery on Daybell’s property in Rexburg, Idaho.

The children were last seen alive in September 2019.

Prosecutors had previously signaled that they were planning to bring charges against the couple for the deaths of the two children.

In a call with Lori’s sister, special prosecutor Rob Wood was secretly recorded saying he planned to bring charges against the pair.

“I’m going to tell you right now we are going to be filing conspiracy to murder charges for both Chad and Lori,” Wood said on the call.

Prior to the killings, Lori had allegedly told a friend that the children had become zombies and the only way to expel the evil spirits from their bodies was to kill them.
