I was forced out of my health care job after colleagues found my side hustle – but now I make ten times my salary

A WOMAN claims she was forced out of her health care job after her colleagues found out about her saucy side hustle – but she now makes ten times her old salary.

Mercedes Blanche, 25, says she has had the last laugh after her OnlyFans career was outed and she got "pushed out" of her role.

The model, from Budapest, Hungary, explained she had secured herself a promising healthcare position on the other side of the world.

She packed her bags and moved to Toronto, Canada, where she flourished in her new rewarding profession.

But while earning an hourly wage of £15.62, she wanted to find a way to make more money.

The 25-year-old decided to cash in on the OnlyFans boom and began flogging risqué snaps of herself to her legion of subscribers.

Mercedes used an Instagram account to promote her content – which now boasts 520,000 followers – which was soon spotted by one of her colleagues.

She claims that after her meddling co-worker discovered her X-rated side hustle, she was subsequently "pushed out" of her healthcare job.

Discussing her workplace problem on Jordan Power's 'Unmentionable Podcast', the social media star explained how her career crumbled.

Mercedes recalled: "She told me first, as she questioned me and asked: 'Is that you?' and I replied saying it was me.

"I’m pretty sure she told my colleagues, as I noticed that people changed – rumours spread and gossip too.

"I knew they knew, but they didn’t tell me they knew."

It didn't take long for her fellow employee to squeal to the top brass, seeing Mercedes hauled into her boss's office for a dressing down.

She continued: "We had a conversation, where he told me that he knew about my OnlyFans and my other Instagram.

"He said that he wanted to keep the working environment nice and to keep everyone satisfied and that this isn’t a good look toward the patients if they find out.

"He didn’t verbally say that I was ‘fired’ – then I got the email.

The email suggested that Mercedes' "part-time job" was damaging the company's reputation.

"I wasn’t bothered, but then I was mad at the girl for telling everyone as nobody else would’ve found the account.

"She had no right to ruin the whole thing."

Nobody wants to work in an environment where they are being judged for their part-time job.

The OnlyFans creator said she was left feeling like the "black sheep" in the office after her side gig was exposed.

Mercedes added: "I felt the awkwardness and hate – I was frozen.

"At the time, I felt angry and [that it was] unfair but everything happens for the better."

After wading through two weeks of awkwardness at her workplace, despite fearing she may have "ruined" her future, she resigned.

The 25-year-old said: "Nobody wants to work in an environment where they are being judged for their part-time job.

"I am sure they kept gossiping after I left."

But she soon realised being driven out of her healthcare career had been a blessing in disguise – as she now makes ten times her old salary.

And the OnlyFans prodigy discovered that not everyone in the health sector is as judgemental as her nosy colleague.

Mercedes grinned: "I've had hospitals reach out to me saying I can work there if I want.
