A picture of Meghan Markle holding up a photo of Kate Middleton years before she joined the Royal family has re-surfaced online.
Internet sleuths have dug out the image during an ongoing debate over the sisters-in-law's reportedly rocky relationship.
Both Meghan and Kate were celebrities and likely to have known of each other before Harry started dating Meghan, the Mirror reports.
They met in 2017 but the photo shows Meghan posing with a picture of the Duchess of Cambridge.
In promo work for her role in Suits, Meghan posed with a cover of U Magazine which featured Kate on the front back in 2014.
The magazine wrongly states that Kate is pregnant with twins – when she was actually just awaiting the arrival of Princess Charlotte.
Reports initially suggested the women got on well but rumours that they were simply "very different" were soon aired by sources.
Other insiders believed there was a deeper issue and Meghan confirmed in her interview with Oprah Winfrey that one row ended in tears.
In their engagement interview, Meghan described Kate as "wonderful" while Harry said his brother had been a "fantastic support".
Asked what it was like introducing Meghan to his dad Prince Charles and William, he replied: "What was it like? It was exciting I mean I've – you know I'd been seeing her for a period of time when I – literally didn't tell anybody at all.

"And then William was longing to meet her and so was Catherine.
"So, you know, being our neighbours we managed to get that in a couple of – well quite a few times now and Catherine has been absolutely."
Meghan then cut in, adding: "She's been wonderful." Harry then continued: "…amazing, as has William as well, you know, fantastic support.

"And then my – my father as well, we had a couple of – no more than that. A handful of teas and meetings and all sorts of gatherings over at his place as well.
"So, no, the family together have been absolutely, you know, a solid support and my grandparents as well have been – have been wonderful throughout this whole process and they've known for quite some time.
"So how they – how they haven't told anybody is – is again a miracle in itself.

"But now the whole family have come together and have been a huge amount of support."
But when Meghan sat down with Oprah to talk about her time in the royal family, it was a very different story.
She denied making Kate cry in a row about bridesmaid's dresses.
She said the "narrative with Kate didn't happen", adding: "The reverse happened. And I don’t say that to be disparaging to anyone, because it was a really hard week of the wedding.

"And she was upset about something, but she owned it, and she apologised.
